The location was right in the center of activities. I was easily able to walk to beach, restaurants, live music, shopping, and fireworks. The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the outdoor shower. A unexpected perk was having a grocery store fully stocked with food and wine right next door. I even found a book store within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. I also found a service to set up a chair and umbrella for me on the beach at a very reasonable fee.

Carolina Beach is my favorite!!
Carolina Beach is my favorite!! Love the boardwalk and its accessibility. The restaurants and shops are wonderful. We go at least once a year, if not more often. We love that it is very dog friendly too.

The room was recently renovated, very clean, up to date, large. Our stay was blissful! Opened the sliding door to the sound of the ocean waves. It was delightful. Off season the choice of restaurants was limited, but there was still plenty to choose from. We had a small fridge and microwave in our room and so we had breakfast in our room. There are plenty of grocery stores to purchase from. Best vaca for us! Peaceful and relaxing just what we wanted.AAnonymous - 10Scored 10

The beach was clean and not crowded for this time of year - October. Many people had their pets on the beach but we did not travel with pets. The sand by the shoreline is very soft causing your feet to sink under the sand with each step. Very hard to get in and out of the water. The rest of the beach is nice and clean. It was not too crowded for a tourist spot. There are things to do on boardwalk and surrounding area for adults and children.AAnonymous

For the single bed rooms, there are refrigerators, microwave, closet, and an iron. The basic essentials for your stay. Also, the hotel provides chairs, surf/body boards, beach towels, etc for use at the beach! Will definitely return! Thank you for making our first visit to Carolina Beach a memorable one.

One of the few hotels on Carolina Beach to have a free breakfast. Very clean, very friendly staff. Rest assured previous bad reviews were probably before renovation, the hotel is in perfect shape, brand new, no construction noise, seems like construction is complete, this is literally a brand new hotel. Pool is very nice.
