Love the room and beach access.

We liked everything. Have stayed there a number of times and we always go back.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was excellent, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The view and ease of access to the beach was great.

The room didn't have a microwave. Whenever anyone used any type of water on the floor above us it was very loud; you could literally hear the water running through the pipes...a bit annoying.

We truly enjoyed the hotel had a lot to offer, was especially glad to see the firepits so our granddaughter could do smores.

Not that I didn't like the pool, it just needed a bit more area to sit if you chose too.

The location and the intertainment

There was blood on our first rooms bed. there was hair on the bathroom floor. the room smelled moldy. The room they gave us after we complained was good except there was suger ants in the room.

We enjoyed the walk on the beach.

Great location right on the water. Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Balcony looks right out on the beach. Staff was friendly. Gas fireplace in the room was a nice touch!

The on site restaurant had recent poor reviews so we went to another local restaurant.

Hotel staff was very attentive. Mermaid hunt was fun for the kids. Great place for families.

Restaraunt service varies from great to cant get a cup of coffee.

no air conditioner, or windows that opened. we did like the backdoor being able to be open but not all night. other than that it was a great stay.

The bar was good, and the location to the beach was good.

There was dog hair on the bed when we got there, the floor hadn't been swept as there was dog hair and dirt on the floor. We we supposed to have a beach side room and we did not. The coffee was terrible.

The view and the wonderful bed--I have not slept so comfortably in years. We like the location--close to lots of good things in Lincoln City.

The bathroom. If you opened the door to use the commode, it was difficult if not impossible to close the door--and the toilet paper was behind the door. The door almost stuck on the shower rod.

The room was very comfortable and I liked the balcony. The pool and hot tub were not crowded and very enjoyable. I like the the beach access and the nearness to shops in Lincoln City.

Easy beach access, comfortable beds, nice indoor pool and loved the gas fire pits.

Room had some issues that should have been identified before check-in (non-working fridge, broken couch). For such a large room w/ a kitchenette we were disappointed that there was only a small table and one seating chair to eat at. Young lady at the front desk could use some lessons in providing good customer service. I found her sarcasm very inappropriate. A few examples were when I asked her if they had a cash machine, she said " you mean an ATM", no we don’t have one". When I brought up that the couch that they fixed broke again, she said " oh well, maybe they should have used super glue". Overall, she just seemed like an unhappy person who didn't give as good of an impression as the majority of the other staff did. The $25 a day pet fee is outrageous compared to your competition that charges $10 a day

Very Comfortable bed! Lovely room, good view. I like the fireplace. Room service breakfast was priced right.

For a $180 room, I was expecting a luxury hotel. The hotel was a bit old/run down, creepy beach access. The room was lovely, the lobby was lovely (perhaps that's all that should matter). A locking screen door on ground level patio would be nice.

i like that it was beach front.the room was vary clean .

i did not like that i paid extra to get a room with a jacuzzi tub but we never got hot water for it. so we used it but only luck warm. we even called front desk and he said someone would come look at it and they never did.be cues i booked my stay through a third party they did not do anything to reimburse me. so that was no good. i will not ever pay the extra to have this kind of room again.

Fire pits & music outside. Smores kits were awesome! View was great!

Fridge never got very cold. Door to balcony was hard to lock.

The Mermaid Hunts. Right on the ocean with great views. The Fire Pits. The restaurant. Good location. Friendly staff.

Rooms were slightly dated but clean and a great value.

Location

Alarm clock set for military time and did not realize it until I was already up. Loud noises on roof early in the morning. Three times got a different price for the cost of a night.

Location View Access to beach resturants & shopping

Room 234 - told at check in they moved us to room because of better view of beach. Rm was old, dirty around edges, water hard to turn on, sewer and water lines so loud they sounded like they were running thru room. Construction started in next Morning. Lost a night of sleep (noise from flushing etc) and next day started with construction noise that didn't quit until we were given a different room far from construction. All in all we lost 1 night & 1 day.

we have been to lincoln city times and always enjoyed it. i think we have stayed at surftides 90% of the time.

looks like that some of the rooms need a little upkeep.
