Every one there was great to us. The help on great seats at the Six show was great too.wished we had a balcony
We wish we had a balcony
I loved the comfort of home that we got, but it was Labor Day weekend and we had lots of family members with us, was very disappointed, because we had a barbecue and was having a good time and was told to quiet down. But it was Labor Day weekend who is quiet on the weekend. But otherwise had a great time and looking forward to bringing my whole family, kids grandkids, children for Thanksgiving, am a newlywed and my husbands children, kids, and grandkids..
The fact that it was Labor Day weekend and they wanted quiteness, but it was before 10 pm.
the 2 bed rooms were great the kitchen was wonderful
The kitchen was fairly bare. Could have used a few more items for cooking. ex: Scissors, muffin pan.
Very roomy, comfortable, and quiet.
Window in bedroom needs drape to keep light out at night.
We needed a much long time for a vacation. We decided on Branson since it was just us no children. We was surprised to see our place to stay but was very pleased. The grounds was well kept and the service was great. I would stay here every time I visit and highly recommend to others.
Location was good
Directions to pick up key were wrong per GPS. Thought it was a 3br apt not 3 individual apartments. Wifi never worked in 5 days even after an hr on phone with tech. Indoor pool was cold. No housekeeping entire stay. We go to Branson several times a year and will not stay there again. We required wifi for work and school and it never worked. If i knew it was separate apts I could have done that much cheaper somewhere else. We had 11 people and had a total of 6 towels the whole time. And no replacements of coffee or soaps etc. very disappointed.
Love the quality and spacious accommodations. Great to have more than one bathroom!
Mattress was too firm for me and my husband. Could hear neighbors slamming drawers and talking at 6 am. Several basics missing from kitchen such as dish rags and spatula.
My wife and I spent Labor Day weekend at Surreys Grand Crowne Resort and really enjoyed our stay. The accomodations were comfortable and very clean. The staff that we interacted with was very helpful and pleasant. We will stay again!
Our room only had two wash clothes and a couple of small towels when we arrived. After traveling all day, I do not like having to go and ask for items that most people would expect to find in their room.
More room than we expected and clean comfortable rooms.
This is a timeshare facility and staff will offer you discounts on show tickets or money to attend their 90 minute presentation. Everything needed other than food was provided. Very spacious and comfortable. Will stay here again.
We had a wonderful stay. The condo was perfect for our young family with enough space where we could set up the pack and play for the baby in the living room and have our own room so we didn't have to go to bed at 8pm with the baby. However, the mattress, sofa, and chair were horribly uncomfortable! My wife is expecting our 2nd and the long drive plus firm mattress were not a good combination. Also, this property could invest in some form of curtains to block out some of the outdoor lights at night. Overall, we had a great time and we would return. We will just bring some kind of pillow top mattress with us!!
Not enough signs leading to the resort. It was difficult to find.
We had 3 adjoining Condos of different sizes. They were all roomy and clean. Comfortable beds. Good kitchens.
Checkin building was at different site than condos. Staff gave confusing directions to condo site. They didn't know street name condos were on. Not adequate signage to direct travelers to condos. Indoor pool and hot tub were not clean. Pool had a bug in it and hot tub appeared to have skin flakes in it.
Pretty condos..met our needs of 4 children under 10 and three adults. Good price.
Staff were rude when our keys didn't work and we came back to the desk. Site was difficult to find....too many Surrey motels so was very confusing to find. Pool was way to chlorine-y so we only swam one time ; kids complained of eyes burning.
Units were beautiful on the outside and nice inside.Very clean property in a good location.Pool room was beautiful but didn't like walking across the entire parking lot to get to it.
Sleeper sofa was horrible!!!.Mattress was so thin and worn you could feel the frame and springs.King bed was comfortable but for some reason tipped your head down.Noisy when cleaning carts went by and our unit was right by the elevator which although convenient was noisy.Pool staff was abrupt.Hated the fact I had to get my parking pass from another desk where they pressured you into setting up a time share appointment.Weren't very accommodating with special requests which were not difficult requests.Staff to business like and snooty for a tourist area with alleged Southern Hospitality.
I loved almost everything about this place.
The property was well maintained and very nice. Our unit was clean and nice. Everyone we encountered was very nice.
For such a large property, you would think there would be more than one pool. In addition to the indoor pool, an outdoor pool would make the property more appealing.
It was very clean and nice to have a kitchen that we could have breakfast and not have to eat every meal out. Will definitely stay again when we visit Branson.
I liked the lovation and how vlean it was. The people around the area are very nice.
The wifi was not working and the cable tv was broken too.
nice location, a bit aged but clean facilities.
The check in process. They want everyone to check in at 4 pm at which time you have to go from the registration desk to someone else to get a parking pass at which time you get the good old time share hook. The process to find someone to get a parking pass was rout step.
room, washer/dryer, kitchen facilities
Smokers outside our room. I appreciate that they did leave their rooms, but the smell definitely crept into the room where the kids were sleeping on a pull-out.
Everything was as advertise. There were no surprises with the exception of the check-in location.
We were told to go to 405 Hwy 165 to check in. There was no one there. We ended up following 2 other car loads of people (that were also checking in) across the street to a different address. Then we had to go back across the street to get to our condo. The map of the resort area left a lot to be desired.
Wish I had a choice in which room style I got.
There was plenty of room. Family friendly, and at the same time quiet!!!
