I loved how big my king suite was and in addition iwas impressed with the lifhtedheadboard and makeup station.
I hate hotels that have a 11am checkout it had a 1030 . And I overslept and littersllybinstead of understanding and compassion the housekeeper came in cuz she decided she was done waiting for me to pack . Imnaked and in robe and she damn near hadroom completly cleaned by the time I was packed and out the door. Akward!
The people were curtious and helpful.
There wasn't anything good to say
The room descriptions are wrong I thought we had a family room with private bedroom it was two queens and a pull out, rooms shabby airport shuttle didn't have enough seatbelts for 5 and the staff were not helpful not worth the money canceled are return stay
Night staff was very friendly.
Check-in staff were not very friendly. Was charged for the 5th person, there was no indication this would occur; there was a pull-out bed in the room, but no linen for it anywhere. Had an industrial smell to the room, probably from cleaning chemicals.
Clean towels daily.
Bed not firm kept sinking in the center.
Before I left I shared with the staff at the front desk some suggestions for the cleaning staff and they were very grateful for them. They even thanked me for my opinion l.
Living area and kitchen were spacious.
Bathroom had broken fixtures, furniture and bedding was old and worn.
Awfully slow internet
a for-hire shuttle to the cruise dock
No elevator, poorly supplied and staffed breakfast, could not take food to your room, outdated decor.
Location proximity to airport Airport shuttle
Smell of old smoke in hallway carpet and to a lesser extent in the bedroom Had to re-call the shuttle at the airport for a ride back to the hotel
The staff was cooeprative and friendly. The location was good in terms of easy access to restuarants, malls, airport, Boeing centre and the train link to downtown Seattle. WiFi was erratic and unreliable. Overall the stay was good
The toilet smelled clean, sheets appeared clean, mattress recently replaced..
The worst area anyone could stay at. Family members car was broken into while paying for park & fly, while parked here last week.My husband was worried we would get mugged if we continued to walk to the Subway down the street. It appears that a proprietor, has a concern to make it appealing, by adding nicer looking bedding, newer mattresses, which appeared to be clean. Some of the furniture was nicer, a nice attempt at breakfast also. But just lacked drastically in so many ways, they couldn't pay me to stay there again. :-[
Rooms are clean, but everything is old an well worn. No elevator, no room service. Low cost hotel attracts non-business clients that can be noisy.
Great value for money, place is walking distance from both car rental and train to downtown.
Very run down and dirty. We were concerned about the possibility of bed bugs in the room.
Due to a snafu with the airlines, I was unable to make my stay. I called as soon as I became re-routed, and the receptionist was surly and hostile. Here I thought I was being polite and letting them know, 16 hours in advance of my intended arrival. No good deed goes unpunished. And, of course, I had to pay for my missed stay...
Close to SEATAC airport
Room dirty / poorly cleaned; room on 2nd floor despite traveling with 3 kids; overall condition poor / bad; much too less for the money; cannot recommend this location, wouldn´t book it again!
almost no wifi, the network was so slow and poor. I couldn't access from my room.
Nothing! Waited an hour for airport pickup. No elevator (I was on third floor). The place has OLD, mismatched furniture. It's dirty. It's a dump.
See above + I took one look at the room and went immediately down 3 flights of steps to get my credit card credited and to leave, but No! I hadn't given 24 hour notice! Breakfast area was dirty. Place was awful. I cannot rely on booking.com when there is such a place on your list.
The room was very large. The beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was decent, though ran out of some things toward the end. Within easy walking distance to light rail. Helpful staff.
Some of the people staying at the hotel were a little sketchy. Location felt safe during the day but not for walking back from light rail at night. Very old and outdated interior.
Location near airport and light rail station.
Wifi too slow and disconnect to internet Kitchen don't have Disk cleanning Pad and agent.
the location proximity to the freeway.
The cleanliness was subpar. The baby was bothered by allergies and insect bites.
Transportation could have been a big problem however the shuttle service to and from the airport was punctual and they also offered transportation to the cruise ship and assisted us with transport to restaurants.
The breakfast room and service were poor. Someone had to go to the desk to request food when it ran out. Cleaning up and emptying the overflowing waste basket was ignored. There were periods of time when no one was at the desk to take care of customers.
We hadn't booked a special needs room ahead of time as we didn't know there was no elevator, but the night clerk found us a ground floor room right away.
Maybe not the fault of the hotel, but when I googled hotels close to Safeco Field, this was one listed.....not even remotely close!
