Score from 362 reviews Very good
Very run down and dirty. We were concerned about the possibility of bed bugs in the room.
Close to SEATAC airport
Room dirty / poorly cleaned; room on 2nd floor despite traveling with 3 kids; overall condition poor / bad; much too less for the money; cannot recommend this location, wouldn´t book it again!
almost no wifi, the network was so slow and poor. I couldn't access from my room.
Nothing! Waited an hour for airport pickup. No elevator (I was on third floor). The place has OLD, mismatched furniture. It's dirty. It's a dump.
See above + I took one look at the room and went immediately down 3 flights of steps to get my credit card credited and to leave, but No! I hadn't given 24 hour notice! Breakfast area was dirty. Place was awful. I cannot rely on booking.com when there is such a place on your list.
The room was very large. The beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was decent, though ran out of some things toward the end. Within easy walking distance to light rail. Helpful staff.
Some of the people staying at the hotel were a little sketchy. Location felt safe during the day but not for walking back from light rail at night. Very old and outdated interior.
Location near airport and light rail station.
Wifi too slow and disconnect to internet Kitchen don't have Disk cleanning Pad and agent.
the location proximity to the freeway.
The cleanliness was subpar. The baby was bothered by allergies and insect bites.
Transportation could have been a big problem however the shuttle service to and from the airport was punctual and they also offered transportation to the cruise ship and assisted us with transport to restaurants.
The breakfast room and service were poor. Someone had to go to the desk to request food when it ran out. Cleaning up and emptying the overflowing waste basket was ignored. There were periods of time when no one was at the desk to take care of customers.
We hadn't booked a special needs room ahead of time as we didn't know there was no elevator, but the night clerk found us a ground floor room right away.
Maybe not the fault of the hotel, but when I googled hotels close to Safeco Field, this was one listed.....not even remotely close!
Roominess of quarters, decor--cozy, vintage, quality.
Color of hallway paint.
good location near SEA airport and light rail station big rooms, reasonable price
property is pretty old
Excellent stay for cruising.... Conveniently, located to the airport.
I try not to judge people by their appearance, but the when one of the heavily tattooed and pierced individuals who were hanging around the back of the property near our vehicle attacked a woman (presumably his girlfriend) while my sons were outside, we decided to check out. I should have invested more in a hotel nearer Seattle. My wife found an expensive room in town. We spent our second night there.
Rooms were perfect w/kitchen
Quite close to airport
Quite old facility, coffee machine not washed clean
No elevators no dishes for cooking.3 flights of stairs for 70 year old to climb
Staff very helpful great shuttle service
Price, A/C worked well, Beds were comfortable
Old building with old furnishings. Tools left in bathroom. Had trouble getting shuttle to pick us up as we could not find the correct islands at the airport (driver would not come as we were not at courtesy phone area). This was frustrating since our flight had been delayed and we did not arrive until 3:15 am.
Filthy, run down, rat hole. By far the worst I ever saw!
NONE.. THIS PLACE IS A DUMP
WORST PLACE TO SLEEP DON'T EVEN THINK OF BOOKING A ROOM HERE YOU'LL REGRET IT, THE ROOM I WAS PLACED IN SMELLED SO BAD THAT SOMETHING WAS ROTTING IN THERE, I HAD TO CHECK OUT 15 MINUTES AFTER CHECKING IN ITS BETTER TO BOOK A ROOM AT COMFORT INN, OR THE MARRIOT COURTYARD MORE PRICEY BUT WAY BETTER SERVICE
Rooms were clean and large, staff was friendly and helpful. For the room and size of group, price was very reasonable.
It was a little further away from where we wanted to be (but not too far). I have a little bit of trouble going up stairs and did not have an elevator.
Location close to transit, price
room was not clean, filthy mattress and carpet. Neighbourhood was dicey. Old building with very little upkeep. Looks very different in person than in photos. We actually did not stay, we left this place as we did not feel comfortable or safe.
Check-in- Called to let them know we would be arriving late(10:30 P.M.) Only 1 person on desk and he was at the airport picking up guests. Waited 20 minutes. No sheets, pillows, blankets for the pull out-had to wait for them and only 1 sheet and pillow.I would not stay here again and would certainly pay more if I had known the conditions. They seem to be renovating but never finish and just leave paint etc. around. Bed uncomfortable. Felt like filming of the Gerry Springer Show could happen at any minute. Bathroom not so clean-hairs on floor and in tub.
I don't understand why they change parking and it seems like optional by the staffs who work there
