The free airport shuttle

The building has no curb appeal. Walk up to second floor and there are two doors niether marked which to take. Tub did not drain after 20 minutes. Had to hunt for breakfast room. I eat all ththe foods that were offered but didn't, everything was so unappealing.

I was very frustrated and stressed after driving around an unfamiliar city, picking up my daughter at the airport and then trying to find the hotel. I phoned and the young man at the desk was absolutely wonderful. He patiently and calmly gave me clear and easy directions to get there and then was wonderfully understanding and helpful when we arrived. The rooms were clean and tidy. The hotel is obviously a little older but is clean and comfortable and perfect for what we needed - an inexpensive, yet comfortable and safe place to stay near the airport for one night.

A little older and some areas in a bit of disrepair (ie. Rusty chain in bathtub stopper, marks on wall). But not a big deal considering the price and friendly/helpful staff!

Staff were friendly, and helpful. Very comfortable and relaxing.

Our room was great. It was huge and had nearly a full kitchen and a lot of space. Great room.

We were there as a photography team and had a gig in Downtown Seattle. We returned to our hotel a little before midnight and there was absolutely no parking. I went to the front desk and they were ableto solve the problem for me by parking our car behind one of their shuttle vans and keeping our keys so they could move our car when they needed to. A significant number of parking spaces are rented out to airport travelers, forsaking their own guests.

It was next to the airport and rental car turn in.

We called it Hotel Impossible. Old, dingy, dirty, not well kept. I had to check the bed to see if any bugs were in the bed before I slept in it. The room and the hotel needs a complete makeover. Also t stunk walking in the hallway up to the room. We couldn't turn the shower on because we were afraid to break it. So I went to the front desk and he said you have to really pull the handle with all my might to turn it on. I did that and it worked. We could not wait to get out of there. We stayed out late and got up early to avoid the room. They had a free breakfast but we wouldn't even try it. The only reason we stayed there was because the Marriott was booked. This is why I always stay at a brand name hotel. I do not want to experience this again.

Very good place to stay near the ariport. Clean, friendly, reasonable price, airport shuttle available.

The staff were great and willing to help with anything they could. The shuttle to airport was hassle free and the proximity to seatac car rental was key as well (only 1 block away). There are plenty of eating/grocery stores within walking distance. The room was clean, had kitchen/eating area. Couldn't ask for anything more for the price.

Could have had a few more plates/bowls, etc., E.G. for a family of 4 there was only a setting for 2 people.

Staff was exceptional & helpful. Even carried my bag to the room for me! Room was much more than I expected as well.

на кухне нет никаких приспособлений. мы в итоге пользовались своей посудой, которая у нас была с собой. неудобная парковка.

Stank in de kamers, oude, vervallen inboedel. Geen wifi in de kamer, hievoor moet je naar het hoofdgebouw. Slecht ontbijt. Over het algemeen een vieze indruk (hotel wordt gerund door indiers)

Very rundown facility, smelled bad, dirty room, pubic hairs on the toilet. Dark, scary walk uphill to my room. The first desk clerk just pointed in a direction to my room which was through a building and two staircases to a door that didn't unlock. I returned and wanted to leave. The second clerk talked me into staying and walked me to my room.

Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber der Autovermietungen des Flughafens Seattle. So bietet es sich an, hier am Vorabend des Rückflugs den Wagen abzugeben und möglicherweise einen Miet-Tag zu sparen. Zum Flughafen gibt es einen kostenlosen Shuttle. Die Zimmer sind eher Apartments mit Küche und Esstisch. Zimmer nach hinten raus sind ruhiger. Die Leute an der Rezeption sind freundlich und effizient. Das Hotel hat keinen Lift, daher empfiehlt sich ein Hotel in der unteren Etage zu nehmen, wenn man nicht die Koffer schleppen will. Parkplätze kostenlos direkt am Hotel.

Der Frühstücksraum ist klein, eng, warm und nicht sehr sauber. Das Hotel liegt am Hang und es gibt kaum ein Zimmer, das nicht über Treppen erreicht werden kann. Das Hotel hat keinen Lift. Da man ein Flughafenhotel eher vor der Rückreise nutzt, hat man sein komplettes Gepäck dabei und das ist etwas mühsam. Also als Kundenwunsch empfiehlt sich "ground floor". Der Shuttle zum Flughafen setzt einen direkt am Anfang ab und fährt keine einzelnen Eingänge an, die für unterschiedliche Fluglinien angelegt sind. Heißt: Zur Lufthansa schleppt man rund 10-15 min seine Koffer, denn es gibt keine Kofferkarren. Ich würde beim nächsten Mal von diesem Hotel aus ein Taxi nehmen.

We got there earlier than expected and teh staff kindly found a room for us. Also, very nice shuttle service to/from the airport and pier. Nice that the breakfast room is turned into a small restaurant for later in the day-wished there were more places to eat or sit outside, though.

Breakfast area wasn't attended to and was allowed to get messy and out of supplies. Rooms were so-so, and second night we noticed the bathroom door was dirty from a previous sick occupant. Ish. There was alos something spilled on the carpet under a chair. We left earlier that planned due to the room.

The front staff was always nice, but we asked about parking issues and were assured that wouldn't be a problem and it was.

We stayed for four days and the only service we got was fresh towels. The agrbarge was never emptied, bed never made nor changed and once they took our towels and didn't return with clean ones. Not a good experience.

It was easy to get to, they had a kitchen in the suite, the bed was comfortable and the couch was a plus

The microwave didn't work, there was a mildew smell, the bathroom tub filled up when you take a shower and there wasn't a stopper to take a bath, they charge a $100 deposit that they don't tell you about til you get there, the tv was old, you could hear every footstep from the room above you like they were stomping

The desk clerk/van driver/jack of all trades was nice and friendly.

The shower did not work. The chain lock on the door was broken.

Cracked bathroom ceiling leaking water on floor, VERY dated and poorly supplied kitchen, no one at front desk for 30 minutes when I arrived because he also drives the shuttle bus, free breakfast selection OK but bare bones.

the rooms were in terrible condition, there was blood on our bedsheets, the manager on duty was rude, their customer service was not even close to what you would you expect at any other hotel, the grounds outside the hotel were in very poor condition, parking is a nightmare. There needs to be a complete remodel of the entire area, I felt like I was in the ghetto. The bathrooms were disgusting and the vanity counter was peeling up. Do not stay here, you will be sorry. I didn't even stay for my reserved time, i left at 11pm at night to find another hotel to stay in.
