The property is beautiful, and the common rooms are really nice to be in. This beautiful old house is respected and enjoyable as a B&B. There is a tartan theme, but it isn't overdone, and the place isn't frou-frou (I'm the wife and I hate frou-frou, and my husband will run screaming from the place). The Tartan Fox is spit-shine clean. Mike would stand on his head and whistle Dixie if that's what it took to make your stay enjoyable.
Our bed was a little soft for my liking, but Mike was right on it and got things fixed up immediately.
Bed room was quaint and very clean. The owner was very congenial and helpful.
