Air conditioner didn't work, no Kleenex or extra TP
Convenience and than some :)
stairs rusted and run down, needs paint upgrading
People upstairs were up all night.
Good place for an good nights sleep. Convenient location. Restaurants, banks, fast food and bakeries all in walking distance. Entry and exit from freeways fast and easy. Everyone treated us well.
Enjoyed the coziness of the room, it did not feel like your typical motel room. Very clean. Good value
On a busy street, however the street noise died down later in the evening.
Bed was hard, supposed breakfast included was a joke.
Cute rooms, very clean, well done.
Busy street close with noise.
Located a convienent ways away from freeway and it's noise. Price I paid was worth the negatives. I expected little and was more pleased than not.
Windows were covered only with blinds no curtains for reducing light, sound and privacy. Desk clerk didn't know where anything was in town, not even a grocery store. Bkfst was not worth the trouble.
No hot tub or swimming pool. No coffee maker in room, no continental breakfast.
She was very accommodating as I arrived very late in the night and left the middle of the night a few days later. Felt like I was staying in the spare bedroom at Gramma's house, the decor had that feel.
The TV was kinda womb womp
The need was comfy.
Our room didn't have internet access.
There was a Dutch Bros nearby. :)
The rooms were clean, and big.
View of mountains
No breakfast area
The staff is helpful and friendly. The room, while modest, was functional, clean and comfortable. It had a homey feeling.
It was reasonably priced for a quick weekend trip. I didn't expect to spend much time at the hotel so a comfortable night's sleep was the focus. The room was clean and quiet.
The "cozy" room was dated decor. It was clean but shabby with dim lighting. I did not enjoy spending extra time in the room.
Very clean quiet
a/c,heat controls kind of confusing. No instructions. Continental breakfast was bagels, rolls,or english muffins and coffee, a true european continental breakfast. Remodeled older hotel, but they forgot about the drains, very slow.
Convenient, clean, fridge in the room
Didn't have a record of our reservation when we arrived but were able to find us a room
Nice place and super clean
Friendly Staff (owners) Went out of their way to accommodate.
The room was large, immaculate, and the staff were lovely. This is a family owned and run motel, and they take pride in providing a nice room. Highly recommended!
Carpet dirty, shower was cold did not get warm, missing pieces of linoleum in the bathroom
it was 99 degrees when I check into the room at 7:30, it took till 3:30 in the morning for the AC to shut off, it would have been better had the room been ready considering there were only about 5 guests and I made the reservation 2 weeks before, the owner on check in was nasty, just nasty
Nice quaint rooms. Great value. Rooms were quiet. Good place to stay for a few days in the Rogue Valley. We'll stay here again.
Continental Breakfast was minimal. Tiny tiny closet space, but we made it work.
