The bed was sooo un comfortable and the was no microwave in the room. The room also said it had a balcony which was a sliding door window and a bar across it.
The view from the room.
Our room didn't have a belcony which would have made it perfect.
Beautiful hotel. State of art, quiet rooms. Very comfortable. Very pleasant staff. Rooms are beautifully appointed from Keurig Coffee makers to glass shower doors.
roominess some staff complimentary water and coffee in room
lack of eating choices on site some staff view from room smell of smoke in hotel
The hotel was beautiful, rooms great. The Sports Bar had nice staff and great food for reasonable price.
The smoke was aweful! I love to gamble, but we were both in our room both nights by 8:00 pm, because of smoke! The non-smoking area, too few machines, no variety. Would love to be in the large area, but couldn't breath.
Our room was wonderful. Nice view and roomy. Comfortable bed.
The food at the Salmon Cafe. We had the dinner buffet....weird choices of food. Most people are looking for items like roast beef with mashed potatoes and gravy. We liked the ice cream.
Restaurant Friendly and very helpful staff
This day and age a microwave is in most places you stay at instead of asking for one each time you stay.worth while looking into.thank you. Have a great day and will be back soon ron!!!!!!!!! Kamloops B.C.canada.
Great facility and great location
Didn't have time to stay longer!
The location is very good, with the waterfront view side looking at the north end of the Swinomish Slough, (prounced "Slew") Padilla Bay and the southeastern San Juan Islands. It is also close to Anacortes and the quaint town of LaConner.
Liberal smoking policy is hard for non smokers. But worst is the crummy food served in the cafe -- at least ours was for breakfast. Pancakes should be light and fluffy, but these were so overcooked and tough they were almost black, and could hardly be cut with a knife and fork. My companion's omelet looked as though it had been pre-cooked and packaged, and then microwaved -- very tough around the edges, almost rubbery. His toast was way over toasted, almost charred. I sent the pancakes back and told them to use them as concrete frisbees. The ham was less than 1/4 of an inch thick. And the waitress had a negative attitude about the place, saying that the food was bad. At first we thought she was joking, but she wasn't. So you can stay here, but be sure to eat elsewhere, such as in LaConner or Anacortes, or the Farmhouse restaurant nearby.
Loved it that you were so close to I 5 and shopping. Good restaurants and a winning casino.
beautiful view and grounds
that it didn't have a pool.
everything not one complant we will be back again for the fourth think it is our new spot every year, we both enjoyed ourselves

All was good..
Road coming into the hotel was confusing. The room was not very clean.
Nice rooms Friendly staff Good food Bay View rooms have an awesome view Quiet
No room service Smokey, smokey, smokey
Rooms and cleaning staff were excellent. Loved the room. Food was good in sports bar, especially breakfast. The flavored water by front desk. Very quiet and private rooms with great view.
Large blonde woman who came on to deal $5 black jack Thurs. eve (July 3rd) around 9:30 pm. Told two pit bosses about incident, one was Brad. While patrons are repeatedly told how to gamble and what signs to use this dealer was so busy telling her friends (locals who she addressed by name) about her trip to Vegas that she missed two of my hand signals. After informing the pit boss the very next hand she dealt me a "21" then commented "there, I made it easy for you". I am a first time visitor to Wash. I admit I am not a regular local gambler however I did drop about $4 thousand dollars and would think I would be treated as well as her local friends. She was rude and humiliated me. No one, not her or the pit bosses offered an apology. Needless to say I will not return as I am sure I can find another casino who would appreciate my business.
Nice large room, friendly staff.
Noise from the bar(?) at night....
