the price, it was near my conference, i did not have to climb stairs or carry luggage very far. near excellent places to eat. beds were comfortable. more than a continental breakfast, larger amounts of shampoo.

Easy to get in and out of. The cleaning crew were locals, and americans. Everyone was friendly ad helpful. The flourescent light in the dressing room only worked once, in the two nights we were there. Wish it would of had a hair dryer.

nice general manager, easy location to historic downtown. room with fair, had a mini fridge and coffee. no blankets at all. One bottom sheet, one top sheet, and the bedspred which I never touch. fortunately the heater works well.

I found the room to be exceptionally clean. There were other rooms occupied around me but I could not hear them and that was refreshing after being in crowded shopping and traffic to be in a quiet place to rest. The decor was a bit out of date BUT for the price and cleanliness of the room I found it to be very satisfactory.

I liked the location, the staff was real friendly and helpful. When I go back to Eureka Springs I will stay at Swiss Village Inn. I Loved the contiental breakfast.

Friendly people Facilities were marginal. Tv remote out of order, taped together. Alarm clock radio did not work. No hair dryer until asked for. Bathroom door latch not working so if closed, locked in from inside. When asked, people did what they could to rectify.

I liked that it was cheap. When I arrived there where dirty sheets on one of the beds. I was suppose to have king bed and got two double beds. I asked for extra towels and never got them.

Bottom bed sheet was not tucked under mattress on one of the beds. The carpet was very dirty. Out beds did not get made the second night nor did we get maid service. The manager said it was his fault and gave us a card for a free night stay but probably will not use it. Ask for handicapped room or a shower chair and said they had neither. I am on crutches and asked for a handicapped room when I booked the hotel. I did get a ground level room. Overall not a good motel. The day we did get room service the maid did not leave any coffee cups. Sorry I just answered this question above
