the ease and price of room through Booking.com
mix up in the dates. my confirmation stated Dec 5 and 6 but the hotel had me for earlier dates and charged a no show fee of one nights stay. I don't know if it was the .com website or the hotels fault. They did provide a room and did reverse the charge, but only because I had brought a copy of the confirmation
it's only 40min from SD airport great rooms awesome golf court
The Wi-Fi is not constantly working well
The size of the room and bathroom. The comfort of the bed The restaurant on site. Use of hospitality room.
Not being able to access internet most of the time.
It was a beautiful resort with a friendly staff and great amenities.
Our rooms were quiet, comfortable, well ventilated, and looked out onto a a very beautiful, and well maintained golf course putting green. The Fourth of July fireworks we saw during our stay were Disneyland Quality for 25mins. If they can afford to repeat this next year, they should. And, major Kudos to their customer service departments for working with us to send some of our sent and missing items home to us. When we visit our San Diego relatives we will always try to stay at this resort.
For the older guests, there were no elevators, limiting their stay at this resort to the lower level of it. They would have enjoyed the views from the second level more, if they could have had access to it. But, overall, their stay at this resort was still very good. The room that my mother stayed in was well set up for the elderly, and positioned very closely to a handicap parking space. She was very pleased about that.
Friendly staff, nice grounds, we were there for a youth golf tournament for 3 days and really didn't need to leave the property unless we wanted to explore San Diego. The resort had everything we needed.
Can't check in til 4! That's kind of a late check in time.
Was the best resort I have been to in a long time. The bed was simply wonderful. The bathroom was glorious with the rain shower head. The whole room was upgraded and rustic yet new looking. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
Staff and food in restaurant was very good
Noisy neighbors! Wall are paper thin .
The grounds were nice. Room was generally clean but the ants kinda ruined it!
ants in the bathroom....moved to another room that had only one bed and we had to use a roll away. The room it self was huge but what mattered to us were the beds. Electrical outlet in bathroom didn't work. Expensive dining.
I liked the size of the room and the view from the room. It was 10 minutes away from my destination the following day. The accommodations were nice. Needs a little 'face lift,' but overall, great room for the price.
I arrived at 10:15 pm, was pretty beat from the drive. The room they gave us had card keys that didn't work. The lights were on in the room (strange), that they assigned for us and we eventually realized they gave us a room that was already occupied. They then moved us to a room that had quite a few stairs to get to, the bellman offered to help, didn't hold on to the suitcase and the bag on top of the suitcase good enough, and dropped my daughter's new laptop. Eek! Thank goodness it was okay. Frustrating 30-40 minute fiasco when all I wanted to do was get in bed. :( I know ppl make mistakes, but that was a pretty basic booboo. Not sure if I'd go back....
We enjoyed stay :)
The staff, site-everything.
We had a wonderful time! looking forward to returning. The room was large and comfortable.
Check in two rooms took not more than 2 minutes Quietness and cleanness
Far from any other attraction or facilities. The rooms are comfortable but like a motel model. (Open to the outside)
Close to San Diego attractions.
No microwave in room.
The room was very beautiful and spacious with a balcony overlooking the gold course and swimming pool. The restaurant was very nice---delicious food, friendly.
Our room just had a shower, no bath tub.
