that it was very close to the Syracuse airport I did not like that I called for the shuttle to bring me back to my car, ( that I paid to stay at the hotel for the week) and it took them 15 minutes to pick me up. I started to walk because I had a long day and just wanted to get my car and go home. Finally they came and found me walking while I was not far from the hotel at all!

The staff very friendly. Shuttle driver was very nice helped with everyone's bags and assisted elderly couple in and out of the shuttle. Also desk woman was very welcoming. Our room had some little girls hello kitty slippers under the bed makes me wonder what is do e for cleaning the rooms.

I reserved this hotel because it was near the airport with shuttle. Had amazing dinner on site! Less stress, Could leave my vehicle in a safe envirlonvemt, over all satiisfied!

My wife and I would like to commend the good work done by Heather at the front desk and Tiffany in the restaurant as well as James (front desk) in the morning. In fact, we found that the staff went over and above to serve us well and this was very appreciated after a long ride to get there from the Ottawa region and early in the morning prior to catching our flight. Also, the room was very clean and well ordered. The only problem we had was with the King bed. The bed itself was a bit old and would shake tremendously every time one of us would shift or move. Also, my wife did not like the pillows as they were too small (turn one way and you fall off the pillow...) and the middle cover was also somewhat worn out. But, other than that, the room was quite fine.

The hotel is fine, however, when I called to be picked up at the airport, the first thing the guy tells me is that he was expecting a gratuity. Yeah, he hadn't even shown up and I was to be ready to tip him. Maybe someone ought to let him know that tips are for good service and even at that, one mustn't expect a tip. This bothers me and it makes me want to avoid places where people are not focused on service. See comment above.

The rooms are spacious and good. The walking distance to the airport unbelievable. The shuttle service very good. Low noise level Breakfast OK, self service. But from 4 am, very good!
