눉This hotel is outdated. Our room was a double queen with a sofa bed and kitchenette. The TV was older style and the tv stand had the doors broken off it. The refrigerator was cracked and broken inside. The sink bowl had a lot of scratches in it and the faucet knob came off right in our hand. The paint was peeling off the back of the bathroom door. And they don't give you a comforter. You get a sheet, blanket, then another sheet on top. The pillowcases had stains on them and the "sofa bed" was a futon that sunk in the middle. Also, the alarm on the clock radio did not work. We had neighbors that lived at the hotel and they would scream at each other, including many F-Yous! We did complain and they quieted down. Also, we paid extra to have the kitchenette, but the maid service never wiped a counter top or washed a single plate, bowl, or fork the whole week we were there. The shuttle service was an awful experience. We waited for the 7:50am shuttle, but it never showed up til 8:15. It stops at several other hotels and it filled up fast; many had to stand. It was more like a mini city bus; not very nice. After one try, we opted to drive to the parks and pay the $20 a day to park. Plus, Disney shuttle only went to Epcot. There were only 2 times in the morning to go to the park, and 2 times to come back. The last shuttle left Epcot at 10:00pm, even on the days the parks were open later. FYI: If you agree to visit a time share, expect to be there for 3 plus hours and prepare yourself for high-pressure sales associates.
눇The pool and jaccuzi were nice enough. The continental breakfast offered a good variety of food, but it was the same every day. The ladies try really hard to keep the food stocked, but they could use more help, and they don't speak English very well. The beds were comfortable. The room was old, but clean. I checked for bed bugs, roaches, etc. and did not find any. There are plenty of restaurants close by, and Walmart and Target are just a few miles to the east.
