Score from 83 reviews Excellent
Clean. Employees were congenial and aimed to please but seemed to play to a script. Bed was comfortable.
The building was like a museum. No imagination for design or color. Breakfast as not very good all over done. McDonalds may have been better.

Very comfortable, friendly service, shuttle runs very often. Nice rooms, comfortable beds and bedding. Slightly noisy. Valet told me that garage parking was $10 vs. valet ~$20. Garage connected to property. Room price excellent (through booking.com).
Price of breakfast (buffet) was high for a family, though food was very good. Smaller coffee area opened at 6 but was waiting for shelves to get stocked still at 6:15. Not sure when the food arrived. Came back around 11:00 a.m. and food was gone. One elevator was broken leaving only one operating for our 24 hour stay. Had to pay for wifi in room.
Love the fact that there are golf carts to the Navy stadium.
Stayed oct 18. Great location/pleasant helpful staff fabulous rain shower/with nice water pressure/modern room/comfortable beds.. Free shuttle that stop when you flag them & quick . Grab and Go bar/reasonable & good. Beautiful upscale hotel
Very dark and quiet rooms, good blackout curtains good for sleeping. Very clean. Comfortable pillows, bed and comforter. Comfortable bathrobe. Great location in proximity to downtown and usna, the trolley stops right out front. Nice rain shower. Friendly staff. 24 hour room service. 3 pm checkout. Beautiful lobby, easy parking if you need it. Plenty of towels. Wall safe for valuables.
Since they were a bit pricier than the competitor hotel down the street, I was expecting a larger room and bathroom. No free wifi - and they charged me for wifi even though I didn't use it
I was highly disappointed in my stay at the Westin. The hotel does not offer complimentary parking, internet in the rooms are $10 for a 24 hr. period. Breakfast is an additional $16 per person. There is no fridge in the room. I was staying there for a wedding in town and the bride dropped off a gift bag for me at reception and not only I never received but when I inquired about it, it was nowhere to be found. To top it all off, the smoke alarm starting beeping (b/c of low battery) in the middle of the second night, when I called to have it replaced, a gentleman came to the room. He was not able to reach the smoke alarm (he didn't bring a ladder) nor knew how to change the battery. He told me he was going to come back with "a knife" so he could open the alarm and change the battery. He never came back. At 8am I called reception again and "engineering" came back and successfully changed the battery. Although reception offered to pay for my breakfast that morning, I needed a few hours of sleep before I drove all day to get back home. At check out when I was asked how my stay was and I explained the situation with the smoke alarm, all I got was "Sorry about that, and safe travels." I will never stay there again.
Beds Location Staff stepped made up for errors with check in by giving us a complimentary room the 2nd night
Breakdown in communication among staff on handling multiple check-ins and goodie bags.
Beeping of the fire alarm all night! Obviously did not change batteries annually.
Westin Annapolis was the best stop we had on a trip through the North East states. They did everything right! accommodations, business center, tourism, and hospitality.
Bar and restaurant staff were exceptionally pleasant. Parking garage convenience and shuttle service
Lousy views from rooms -- rooftop with rocks? Changed room and had another bad view. Hotel lost some of my clothes and weren't going to look for them until I insisted and delayed my stay an extra hour. ( said they would send them to me ? No I don't think so. No internet (could not connect -- very annoying)) but but charged for it. Had to re-do my bill.
How clean it was; you could smell the cleanliness as soon as you entered the hotel. The staff was friendly and professional. We loves it and will return for another visit!
Good beds. Good facilities. Good staff. Good atmosphere and a good location. So it's.....good.
One of the valet parkers was not real sharp, but he was squared away by another valet. (On the job training!)
The typical Westin amenities were present e.g. good location, comfortable beds, great shower. Unfortunately the staff was poorly trained and inexperienced at the Annapolis location.
Typically at a Westin the staff is very competent, in Annapolis the staff appeared inexperienced and it showed in that they did not anticipate needs but rather reacted and at times poorly. e.g. brought a band-aid up to the room but no disinfecting jel. Another example, I asked why CNN was not available on the TV and was told it was so and no reason given why not.
Confort. Personnel sympathique et efficace?
Un peu loin du centre.
bed comfort. quiet. trolley!
paid too much for parking
The free trolley into the city.
Charge for internet charge for parking
Not. Much of anything else, especially there charging policy
Hotel was well appointed, beds were excellent, service impeccable.
The fact that Wireless Internet access in the room was an upcharge. In this day of communication, this seemed a tad greedy and tacky, a fact agreed to by those I have discussed this with.
The majority of the staff were courteous, accommodating and pleasant.
Upon arrival the front desk clerk was short and abrupt.
The breakfast. quiet location.
The monochromic color scheme was boring and lifeless. We felt as if we were staying in a hospital room. Not a stitch of color.
Location Bar Staff
Shade fell down when lowered Great stay, would stay there again
Please check your records. My reservation was for one night and I stayed at the Westin for one night. Booking. com charged my credit card for 2 nights....Thank you.
Facilities were luxurious. Location is excellent as it is very close to DC. Good value for the money.
Pool not open for very long. Front desk staff was snooty. They are obviously used to catering to business travelers and have no tolerance for families.
