the facility was clean even though there was renovation going on
The north outer door on the I blgd did not close completely. The non-smoking room smelled like it had been a smoking room at one time.
cheap and the people were nice. They put up with me without rolling their eyes or sighing in front of me.
Room were old. I changed rooms 3 times; 1st was smokey and had maintenance stuff inside it (they are in the process of renovating) and the outside corridors were filthy. The second room was smokey. 3rd was good enough. This was the only building that didn't have wifi. They gave me a wire but I wasn't able to use my ipad.
The location was good but that was it.
The staff was rude upon check in, and once I got room key and went to room it was still dirty!? Seem like the hotel is low on staff of the staff doesn't do much work on cleaning rooms. Very disappointed and won't be returning!
Great service! Clean rooms!
Need more pillows! Lol
I liked the price, the rooms were big,the tv was from the dinosaur age,and very small
I didn't like the free breakfast,it was cereal in the bag and waffles I don't care for waffles much. Not enough choose from. The pool is disgusting it looks green and cloudy and the hot tub wasn't working. Outside our hotel and covered all o the trash cans were flooding over spilt all the ground ,I was very disapointed
In the middle of renovations. staff was not willing to provide additional towels, pool was dirty.
Cold, reasonably quiet AC and firm mattress
Couldn't connect to WiFi; lukewarm jacuzzi and freezing pool. Basically Motel 6, but more expensive.
Location , price
Check-in: One clerk being trained, manager at desk was also a trainee. Took a long time to check-in. After finding room (large property and no maps), it wasn't made up. Back to office and another wait. New room was good. Check-out: Charged for 2 nights. Clerk checked and corrected. Had also been charged a higher rate at first. Clerk said the slow computer caused new people to enter again when nothing happened on screen. Many drive ways blocked because of pavement sealing.
Staff screwed up on my keys 3 times, had to go back to office 3 times to try and get fixed. Location was really sketchy, security guard made a comment of wish you could take your vehicle into the room with you. Room was smelly, dirty, old... After seeing the room me and the wife went back to desk and canceled. Went somewherec else
The best time ever, this place is my first choice in the area
the price and size and comfort of the room, the swimming pool.
The noise coming from another room (noisy people),the dirty carpet in the hall
The frontdesk staff was extremely rude.
Beds were comfortable Easy access from freeway
Did not receive wake up call as requested Maid had left heat on and bathroom heat lamp on...it had been 100 degrees the day before! Coffee pot did not work
Best part of staying here was check out
Dirty rooms, uncomfortable beds and pillows. Staff cussing in front of guests, poor customer service, breakfast is cereal in a box, a couple bagels, and only 1 waffle maker so be ready to wait in line awhile. Location is questionable and feels more like a low income apartment complex than a motel. Pictures on web site is not the room we got. Will never stay here again.
Easy booking and great understanding
I like the location
No Wifi, the room was cleaned one day, and the hotel was being renovated.
The bed was big The bathroom spacious
Awful dirty looking place NO Wi fi Scary hotel mates People smoking outside Place does not feel safe Old TV
The amount of space in the rooms
Tv was too small
Very clean and quiet.
Said Bookings charged my account for first night and billed me a little more than expected for second night.
The pool/ hot tub stunk like a sewer. The gym was pathetic. Customer service not good at all, breakfast bad.
Close to good Chinese restaurant next door
Internet not available most of our 3 night stay. Staff need a course in customer relations. Very poor breakfast. One morning we had to wait for the lone staff member to complete paper work before breakfast trays were refilled. Advertised as under new management but they are not yet able to provide the services they advertise. No laundry powder, no quarters for washers, no wi if, even the coke machine was broken! Find somewhere else.
Location was okay
Cleanliness, TV didn't work, staff was totally disorganized.
The room was fine. It was quiet (apart from when the people upstairs were clomping around - late into the night and super-early in the morning). There is a kitchenette type area with dishes, cutlery and a microwave.
The reception area was a building site and the staff were totally swamped with complaints. This meant that we had to wait in line for 45 minutes each time something went wrong with the room (which was multiple times...). The toilet was broken when we arrived. However, a maintenance guy came to look at it within 15 minutes of our complaint. After his efforts the toilet flushed 50% of the time (2 flushes required). Only 1 coffee sachet is given, even though it was a 'King' room. We were there for 3 nights and the room wasn't touched by cleaners on one of the days. Getting clean towels after that was like pulling teeth from the reception staff. They were short with us and rude at times even though we were pleasant with them. I don't blame the staff, as such, they are far too busy to be bothered helping anyone.
That it was comical. The lobby was totally empty except for the front desk and a very young and harried staff trying to keep up with all of the chaos and complaints. There were a couple of older, skinny guys trying to run around to all the buildings to see if certain rooms were occupied as some guest were coming back to report after they had tried to occupy the rooms themselves. Also, there was a Pakistani man (the wizard, sort of) who kept coming out from behind the curtain to ask one of the skinny older guys if a room was occupied or if it really was in the condition that the guests were reporting. Our building had no cars around it and the windows were covered with plastic and there were dumpsters filled with trash all around it. When we went back to report what we had found, one of the skinny guys told us that the building was being repainted but that the rooms were perfectly fine and clean. He also told us that if we needed air, we could poke a hole in the plastic. We laughed and laughed as there was nothing else we could do that late at night. Actually the room was clean though we had to keep messing with the toilet to get it to flush. It was fairly quiet as I think we were a part of a handful of people sleeping in it that night. What an experience! Goes to show that you get what you pay for!!!
