I liked the bed and pillows.

I didn't like the smokey smell or the broken coffee pot or the loud hotel guests at 2:30am.

rooms and decor were nice but 339 for the room was way overpriced

I have gotten much moreelsewhere for prices that high

poker room was on the cheap.no giveaways, no high hand, monty carlos. pop ice.

Room design was nice...high ceilings, nice patio.

Guest services was not helpful, room was dirty, sheets stained, limited entertainment. We found a note on the bed from someone claiming to be a ghost?

Got the wrong room i was promissed. The safe in the room would not work. Was to have flowers in the room, found them at the front desk. Casino was boring...

The resort was really great all-around. Excellent value, very nice/efficient staff, plenty to do without leaving the premises.

I wish it was a little closer to the heart of Scottsdale, and they could stand to have a few more lounge chairs available by the pool.

Good location near Spring training facility (Rockies) and near very nice golf courses. Abundant parking. Good food in on-site restaurants.

Box office should offer tickets to all games and events not just ones at resort.

This hotel and property have been expertly designed for the location. It was the best air conditioning of any hotel I have ever been in, completely unobtrusive and efficient. Everything about this hotel has been thought through for the safety and comfort of the guests. You still have to walk through the casino to get to the rooms, but there is security and beautiful lounging areas in the lobby of the hotel.

Inexpensive breakfast buffet. Shuttle to salt river fields shuttle from the parking lot.

We really enjoyed the rooms, the staff let us check in early. Hotel was very clean.

The room was absolutely beautiful and the view of camel back mountain was amazing. General design around the hotel was quite beautiful as well and being close to the highway was convenient.

Biggest beef was having to go through the very smokey casino. Even practically running through the casino, you wreak of smoke. Also would have been nice to be able to walk somewhere. I'm not sure how you would get anywhere without a car?

The staff who managed the receptions on the Club Level were great. All were very friendly and knowledgable of the area. Robin, Phoebe, Bonnie, and Veronica were fantastic!

I was charged the wrong price, when I booked with your company it was for $103.00 but was charged $153.00, the hotel could not chage my price and you also had it set up for 4 adults and I was the only one who stayed at the hotel. The staff would not budge even after I showed them my reservation with the correct price on it . Very disappointed

Wonderful staff and a very relaxing visit.

Cleanliness of room! Hair and toilet not cleaned yuk! Last thing I want to do I my vacation is clean up after someone else.. And honestly too exhausted to complain about it!
