Nice facility, friendly staff. Walking distance to spring training games
The pool, the rooms, lower breakfast patio, the shuttle services and employees and of course the golf course was awesome! Bar employees where awesome employees. Shuttle people where awesome.
The Fig employees acted as if they hated work, and very poor service! I saw customers (3) food sitting under heat lamp and employees look at it and not bother with getting food out, until customer spoke up.Having to purchase cocktails while gambling and the tight machines. Very expensive trip! Had issues getting food at lower patio restaurant, but breakfast was free afterwards.
The wifi was down half our stay and we needed to get some work done. They also were working on the pool concessions area, and it was closed.
the room view cleanliness
sheets were not soft ... Construction outside loud ... Didn't like walking through smoky casino to my room Didn't like that breakfast was not included in a $ 490.00 stay
I love that I asked for something special for my fiance's birthday and they upgraded us to a suite! it was amazing- large space, loved the patio, and 24-hour room service was perfect :)
the lighting is a little dim- especially if you are trying to find good lighting to put on your makeup. no big deal for most but thought I'd mention it :)
Big pool and service at the pool.
Smoking in casino and construction and inconvenience of having to walk a long way to find a bathroom near the pool. Regular bathroom and bar near the pool was closed.
Clean and nice facilities. Casino was fun
Room "upgraded" but put us on floor under casino. Phone signal sketchy there
Beautiful Room Very Comfortable.
Pric, but it was Tourist Season. Sliding glass bathroom door had openings on the sides. Also had no lock. Beautiful but not enough privacy.
great hotel and very nice staff.
the rooms were well designed and kept. Good choice of restaurants, food average to great depending on resturant. Awesome bell staff. Good spa.
Smoking in casino/lobby.
Atmosphere was beautiful and very relaxing !!
Nice grounds and good service. But the air filter in our room was filthy!
To our surprise we were charged AGAIN for our stay! After a few calls to the hotel they refunded our $.
I like how open the casino area felt.
The rooms are very clean and the bathroom was very modern. Having a 'Keurig" in the room was awesome.
The sheets on the bed are very rough and 'loud' when you are sleeping. I hope they purchase higher quality sheets. That is my only criticism.
The end bar with live entertainment and the style of the rooms. Even though there were many outdoor areas, due to weather, we weren't able to really enjoy or utilize.
Too far off the beaten path from many places and the views were somewhat lacking.
Food was good. Loved the balcony view.
Really small workout facility. Not really a resort. Looking for more I guess than just the casino.
Clean and well maintained rooms with all you could ask for
They were renovating the pool and hot tub areas-would have loved to be told that prior to booking. Its understandable -you need to renovate to maintain the "newness", but would have be great to have been told so we would have been prepared for it.
It was too crowded for New Year's Eve and no machines available. It was too expensive to check in at 4:00 and out by 11 a.m.
There was not a thing I did not like as far as our stay was concerned. The room was very nice! Our services in OrangeSky Restaurant was brilliant and we are returning in late January 2015!
I do wish the property was better assessable to get too. When you do not drive as much and for those who do not have much family or friends to go with it is a challenge to get to the resort from other parts of Phoenix.
Valet parking complimentary, free wi-fi, HBO, bottled water both in the fridge and out, plenty of coffee and tea selections with condiments to choose from, comfortable bed, the table was perfect, I liked the shutters too. Lots of options. We enjoyed our stay and plan to go back next December.
very modern, friendly staff, good vibe
smoking allowed on main floor, nasty!
Could not get cell phone service in my room.
Good food very nice rooms good place to stay,
Too smokey in casino took long time to get drinks had to pay for drinks if you were playing a machine thought that was not right
The staff were the most friendliest of any place I have traveled to. They went out of their way to make sure you were taken care of from the time you checked in and checked out. Hotel was really nice all over, very clean most of the places, the restaurants had really good food and the rooftop resultant was outstanding!
The Club Room I stayed in had no outlet by the beds to plug in electronics or medical equipment and was told that that was the way the hotel had been built. I suggest that you check with the hotel to make sure the room you stay in will have this or else you will need to do some adjustment to accommodate your electronics and medical equipment.
