The location The TV did work
It stunk, and generally was not clean.
Floors were dirty. Beds were hard, Pillows too thin. Zero counter space in tiny bathroom. Very old tiny shower stall. Shower curtain did nothing to keep water in the shower. Floor got soaked.
Toilet kept clogging..
broken toilet seat.air conditioner very noisey no window shade .micro wave didn't work
The pool and people, grills, close to restaurant's and beach and our friends
The property was nice on the eyes and had curb appeal.
The room furniture was broken, the air conditioning unit was loud and nobs broken, the bed was uncomfortable
very clean, right on main road, good parking, well maintained
older mattresses, small toilet
Location was good. Pool was very nice - clean.
Staff was very unfriendly. Bathroom too small - shower uncomfortably small. Smelled musty. Non-smoking room area, but smoking allowed on shared porch area.
I liked that all units were ground level, no stairs to climb. We interacted with two staff members, one had been up too long, the other was an absolute delight!
Room prices were nearly doubled on the Labor Day weekend. Finish of the rooms fixtures was worn, and the bathroom was old and tiny. Not what I expected for the price.
Shower curtain was filthy. We had to clean it.
I have liked my stay so much it was so Nice and Very good location i Will return so as we CAN
The price The staff is very friendly Very cheap and relatively close to ogunquit. 5/10min drive.
The room was very noisy- the minibar, the air and the street It's smelled a little old It didn't have a bathtub The lights didn't work properly
Nice place owner friendly us tell us where go to eat but I bet she know nothing I was upset
Lady ignored what I sign up no smoking one night I smell it worry me my husband had 4months heart attack with stop smoking huh also she kept on talking not written because we are deaf couple to explain me why she put us smoking area!!!!
to close to the railroad tracks. Trains sounded horns in the early (2:00 AM) in the morning.
Pool, morning coffee, picnic area, convenient parking, good location, clean, large bathroom.
Mattresses need upgrading, needs a designated smoking area away from room entrances, BBQ grills need replacement, no in room wi-fi, poor wi-fi reception in common areas.
Too shabby, decrepit and dirty. No comfort at all.
location and pool.
No cups/glasses in room. Coffee not always available. Need more small tables with the chairs in front of the rooms. Towels toooo small and nowhere to put toilet bags in bathroom.
No hot water during our overnight stay....one of the lights blown out....room had strong Lysol odor.....hole in bedspread..
It was cheap and one of the only available rooms so we didn't expect much
A few creepy guys hanging around at check in that seemed to enjoy checking out my wife not cool
The beds are slumpy the place needs repairs it smelled doors to bathroom were slide away doors falling apart left - could not bring ourselves to touch anything
As a person that doesn't spend a lot of time in the room, a decent place to lay your head and take a shower. Staff was friendly and helpful. It's a small family motel. Staff was working to maintain and upgrade the facilities.
The motel entrance was difficult to enter and exit due to the sign in the middle of the drive. The rooms could use some updating.
We liked that everything was close by. Good places to eat,, shop, and there was coffee all day. the Staff and owners were very friendly and helpful when asked anything. I would stay again when on vacation.
I didn't care for the shower head it was to small an sprayed very hard.
Everything was old and worn out...
bathrooms, pillows, location of the air conditioner,t.v.,and overall, this place was just a dingy, smelly motel.but, as the saying goes, you only get what you pay for!
