Comfort Inn at Raymond James Stadium    

It ws nice that the front office called to make sure my room was ok once I checked in.

Everything worked out well, everything wasn't to far from the hotel. I recommend it for the money.

Reservations were handled properly. Close proximity to airport. Free shuttle got me to the airport on time for an early departure. Was able to use lobby computer for flight check in and boarding pass print out. Good value for the cost.

The beds were great rooms were clean, air worked great. Pool was perfect. Breakfast was very good

Too far from Busch Gardens, website said it was close. Exhaust fan did not work, had some trouble getting towels and wash cloths. Drain was slow in tub.

Close to airport and rental car comp. Was perfect to spend nght and didnt cramp my budget. Comfort inn is nationally recognized and when i looked for a place to stay for the nght, i knew comfort inn would be my best choice for the money

Shuttle service

Black receptionist was very unaccomadating. I called three times for a shuttle ride from the airport. Finally got one 90 minutes after first call. When given room keys, by her, there was no input as to where room was located. The room was 7== which inferred a room on floor 7. I asked where the elevators were and she said "We have none." I then asked where the room was and she said go thru the pool area and it is in building 7. Upon checking in I informed her that the room had been prepaid. I told her that again when checking out but was billed again. I am not home until May 13 so can not check if I was double billed. I try hard to be very nice to personnel but for some reason she decided I was not worthy of her attention.

I enjoyed our stay, it was just off the beaten path and very close to the place we were going to,the staff were very friendly,and we felt safe when coming back in late in the morning yes if there is another concert in tampa are just in your area we would pick that place first.

i have no bad things to say about the Confort Inn.

The only prob I had was the ac never really got cold. It was April so really could have used it. We were sweating all night. Too tired to call the office, but what could they do at midnight. We checked in at 4 n the ac was on then and was not that cool should have known something was wrong. Also it was musty in the room.

Shuttle to airport, day and over night staff very friendly, pool, showers were hot and had great water pressure. Price was cheap

Room, 3 out of 4 towels were stained and dirty. We went to front desk to get more towels, staff was very rude and would not give to us. We had to go into employee only room and take towels. Beds very uncomfortable, drug deals in parking lot. We stayed in room most of stay (one night), very uncomfortable to leave room. Did not feel safe. I was not expecting much (we only paid $69) but very uncomfortable, and kind of scary.

Room was dirty. We ordered food from a flyer that was delivered to our room. Only half the food came. When we called back they said they would deliver it right away. Never came. I checked with the hotel desk and the lady said she would try to call them and let us know. She never called us either. The food cost us $38.00 and we couldn't even eat it.

Good value for the money. Nice decor in the room. Very friendly staff. Close proximity to airport. Free shuttle.

Room was supposed to be smoke free but there was a stale smell as though there had been people smoking previously.

Rooms are old and need updating/remodeling. Electrical outlet covers missing, loose fixtures, shower caulking and a little more attention to cleanliness.

The front desk staff was nice.

There was hair in the bath tub when I arrived, not to mention the fact the blankets were not clean, there was human hairs throughout the bed, which was utterly disgusting.. The partying whic was occuring in the room below me, and the parking lot was plain annoying. When I called the desk, they stated they would send someone out, yet the loudness just continued. I will never go back!!

Everythhing...dirty, really old tv, tub/dirty, bugs, on counter and the wall, carpet torn, no clear direction to the room, noise, fireworks @ 10pm from stadium, sound like snipers.
