    Not much

    Room smelled . Bathroom door hinge broken . Room not very clean rough area just not a good place. Stayed at Courtyard Marriott downtown Miami same price a lot nicer and clean

    they let us check in early cuz we were there for a rays baseball game

    interior courtyard is nice, pool was clean, rooms are probably as clean as they can be for the age of the property

    I had asked for a room in a particular area of the hotel, over 3 weeks before I arrived, but was not given a room in that area. Breakfast ends earlier during the week than expected for vacationers, I saw latecomers turned away daily, so watch your time if you want breakfast. Housekeeping did not clean my room one day., but I had enough towels that it was not a big deal.

    Never stayed at the place. We called to confirm at 4PM talked with Linda at the desk. She never told us the room was not ready. We arrived at 5PM still to find the room and many others were not ready. Linda was a witch no help at all. We went to dinner called at 6:15 PM to find out if our room was available. Once again it was not ready and once again Linda was rude un caring and could care less if we didn't have our room. We cancelled and found a place on our own. Great way to take my son on a birthday present to see Tampa and the Redsox play don't you agree?

    It was quite. It was located right in the middle of where we needed to be. The staff was really friendly. The continental breakfast was great.

    We were there 2 days and no one came to clean our room. Not sure if that's normal. We had to call down for more towels. We called 3 times to say our toilet wasn't working. It was great that there was a gym but it was so hot, no real ventilation.

    The front desk and housekeeping staff were all very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. There was ample parking. The location was near main stores and restaurants, and fast food. The room had a microwave, coffee pot (without filters), and mini fridge. The beds were adequate. There was free wi fi which we had no problems connecting to.

    The non-smoking room (I confirmed with the staff) reeked of smoke. The carpet, linens, and curtains smelled like that room had always been a smoking room. The staff offered to move us to a different room but the other room would not have a microwave or small fridge so we stayed. We were booked to stay for 16 nights. On day 3 my daughter was going to use the blow dryer and a roach crawled out of it. Thankfully, La Quinta let us check out that day without penalty.

    The staff was super friendly when we had a little travelling crisis and had to stay some hours longer after check-out. They offered us water and towels and let us enjoy the pool area once more..

    the rooms smelled like somebody smoked inside.

    Solid staff that treated me well. Room and whole hotel was clean and comfortable. Value for my money was what I expected.

    It is an older hotel that could use an update. Location isn't great.

    No hassle parking, courtyard swimming pool, free wifi.

    Poor upkeep of rooms and inadequate cleaning of rooms . . . based on this recent trip, I'm wondering if there is a "" class of rooms at various hotels as we were given lousy rooms at each hotel we stayed at booked through this service.

    No fridge in room. With small children I packed food and had to place to put it. Had to go out and buy an extra cooler.

    very friendly and helpful evening front desk female clerk. the inner court area has a very resort feeling. for the physically challenged, loved the "put into pool chair" good breakfast.

    little bit difficult to access the hotel location from different directions.

    I suppose the price was good but this just goes to show that you get what you pay for.

    The room was unclean (bathroom especially), the bed/covers were ratty and threadbare. The general area felt sketchy and unsafe to me and with outside entrances to all the rooms (not mentioned on website) I felt very uncomfortable. I chose not to stay and left immediately.

    Location of second room offered.

    The first room assigned me (139) was in need of painting and carpet replacement. It was in a poor location. Room 111 was in much better condition and I felt more secure and comfortable. I was told it had a refrigerator (which I requested) but neither room had one. For the price I paid I feel this was unacceptable.

    Has a pool, free breakfast.

    Didn't get a non smoking room until the second night, front desk person blamed for issue. Both rooms- first and second nights were dirty, but I guess you get what you pay for...
