The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were extra comfy! Loved everything...including the price! Great value for the rate that we paid! Only that the Starbucks was closed when we got there....4:00 Pm...we were cold and wanted some coffee! :)

The staff was very friendly. There's a free shuttle from/to the airport. The room was stinky (windows could not be opened). The location far from the city center and most attraction. Public transportation not comfortable. Good only for those who have a car. On the other hand the hotel is near huge shopping centres.

Location and shuttle service. Clean room and hotel. Staff was good and helpful. Nickle and dimed to death! Was advertised as having free WiFi but they wanted $14/night for it. No fridge in room, not a big deal for most but we cold have used it on this trip. Beds were way too soft to suit us. That's a matter of personal preference though. Rooms were pretty small, a tad bit smaller than normal for a mid-range hotel.

Staff is very friendly. Shocked that there was a fee for WiFi. Also, there was no parking and we were told to park across the street (Westshore is an extremely busy road) in the pouring rain.
