The options! Indoor and outdoor activities for all weather! Great entertainment at the pool, fun arcade and indoor waterpark.
The beds were very uncomfortable and the rooms smelled very, very stale!
Location, room size, amenities, plenty of fun things to do on the resort.
Prime rib buffet was horrible and wave runners were double the cost of anywhere else on the lake.
Pool was great.
Wifi was very weak.
No shuttle to restaurant
Wifi in the room was very weak.
I love the older resort, well maintained, clean. A lot better than most brick and glass franchises I have stayed at and a lot more fun with lots to do on site.
There are lots of stairs but the exercise didn't hurte any
Lake front room
Too much walking! Parking was terrible. Too congested, driving paths leave much to be desired. Prices for food and drinks too high.
Our room was in need of remodeling... Especially the bathroom. The furniture was old & outdated. But I think the price we paid reflected that... Reasonable for what we got.
People were nice and room clean
Wi fi was out the first nite and water cold 2nd morning
The resort was quite peaceful and enjoyable, with lots to offer Fitness center was one of the best I've come across at a resort or hotel
Beds were small and uncomfortable Parking locations are too far away for older adults with leg and back issues
Great Location entertaining for the kids
Ants every morning crawling on the desk. Bed and Pillow too soft. The view was horrible, could only look at a brick wall. I strongly recommend not getting a room on the bottom floor.
balcony had a great view
two many spiders
I loved the swimming pool. The boat ride on the Tropic Cruse was awesome. The bowling alley was fun. The putt-putt was fun. The food was exceptional.
The Wi-Fi was spotty.
Had an excellent room in the Estates part of the complex.
Didn't care for the menu selections in the restaurants.
Exceptional staff and a great place to stay. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Lots of activities!!
Liked the layout of the rooms, liked the variety and availability of activities that were available at the resort, staff was friendly and helpful.
Strong ammonia or other odor in our rooms.
I liked all the options for activities.
I didn't like the fact that the web site was vague and didn't specify that the water park, horse rides, golf and all other amenities cost an extra amount. And way overpriced at that. I would rather spend less money and actually get a continental breakfast.
Room was comfortable
The bartender in lobby was very slow. The resort isn't user friendly as far as parking goes. Too spread out and too far away from mall area and bars! Beer was expensive and taxed on top of that.
Checking in at the front desk, the staff were very nice and friendly. The bed was very comfortable.
Was not informed at check-in of a $50 charge for the room that would be returned at check-out, this was just automatically taken out of the account. The resort is not adequately labelled and easy to get lost and difficult to find room. Would be easier if buildings were labelled.
Staff was nice for the most part. The place was clean.
We went up for a small wedding for close friends, upon arrival I realized that because I booked online I was paying significantly more than the rest of the group, I figured since I was paying more, the ruin would be nice and week with the money. When we arrived to our room we discovered a small single bed room that was the smallest of the group. I overlooked this because I was there for friends. Later that night we had security called on us for being too loud at 10:30 because the paper thin walls allowed the entire floor to hear us hanging out. In the morning I was woken up by someone bouncing a ball in the ruin above us at 8:30, when I called the front desk to get them to stop I was told "they are checking out today, so you won't have to worry about them." The problem is those people didn't check out till 11 so for another two and a half hours all I heard was the ball bouncing and the resort doing nothing about it. Everything from the moment we checked in, 20 people waiting to check in with with 2 people at the desk. To the wedding, the resort appointed wedding planner didn't meet with the wedding party till 2 hours before the ceremony so we had no idea what was going on. To checking out, again a line out the door with people waiting to check in and out. Every thing was disappointing. The only good thing was I was with good friends.
I recommend to anyone who's trying to travel to Osage beach, only thing boat rental is expensive!
The atractions that the hotel offers were good, the pool, the horse ride, mini golf, water park... Etc
Well all those attraction weren't included in the hotel price so you have to pay it separeted and the aren't cheap. Also this hotel charge you a fee of you use a debit or credit card to pay for food or drinks always you will get charge more take a lot of cash with you. And finally the beds and the pillows are super uncomfortable horrible uncomfortable.
