Shower hot water handle was broken and water would not turn off! We had to shut water off and call the phone number we were provided when we booked. They had Noone at the Marina to help us. They never called back when they said they would. Didn't send anyone until the next day. We had to leave after two nights and book a hotel room. We went back to the boat to get water we had left and another captain told us they sent someone out and whatever he did ended up with the boat going under the sink line!!! They placed the blame on us and refunded us zero!!! We were there to sleep for two nights only and took EXCELLENT CARE of the boat! Do yourself a favor and do not book with this boat owner!!!

Key Largo is a great little island with a lot to do.
Key Largo is a great little island with a lot to do. I highly recommend getting your open water scuba certification. The reef is wonderful to explore. Get to know the locals as they are wonderful people with a wealth of knowledge. The food is excellent and all the restaurants are top notch!

The Florida Key were stunning, we enjoyed our time touring around the keys. From Key Largo to Key West, very nice. The traffic gets really slow on the weekends so I would recommend travelling around the keys during the week and avoiding the weekends.

The beach’s, restaurants, and bars are all great with good service. The scenic views are all very nice and it’s a great places to see the sunset if you can find parking. Traffic is a little busy but it was high session. There is lots of new property construction underway and its much more developed than our last visit here.

Overall, this is a nice facility and the cottage we rented was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The HVAC was a bit difficult to figure out but we did after a while. The bathroom is super-small and there’s no option for streaming services. The WiFi was OK, but not strong. The common area is very nice and well maintained. There was an upstairs with 2 mattresses that would be great for kids.
I loved my stay at the Bayside Inn Key Largo. The staff is great, especially Risa at the front desk. We went with 3 other couples and she held our rooms close to each other. The rooms are very big and comfortable. The bed was comfortable as well. And the views of the sunset were great! I would recommend the hotel to anyone. And the location was very convenient! It was right next door to Snooks, a really fun and lively bar and restaurant!
For us, this was a perfect place to discover Florida Keys. Truly happy to experience such a beautiful view and sunset from the waterfront! We even saw bioluminescence! Magic evening and beautiful place! The room is large and clean, if we had more money we would stay much more here! We had lunch nearby at Danny’s and it was tasty and not so expensive. There is also a great liquor store nearby. We hope to be able to come back someday.
Apartment was great - perfect for family - we all had space.
Pool was great - but we love the beach - just idyllic. Love the wildlife too. Cocktails and sunset - who could want more!
When we left my daughter left 2 items of clothing and Eduardo was so helpful. He helped get them sent on to our next destination - thank you so much.
We love Key Largo and we love this resort and hope to be back!
I love how it feels like I’m on my own private island the staff was amazing! Nice cottages with kitchenette nice porch area and everyone is very friendly! Me and my husband enjoyed the snorkeling all the amazing fish right at your door step. Kayaking paddle boards for use on beach! Nice sunset and sunrise view! Overall amazing for romantic getaway. I can’t wait to come back!
The staff was incredible Peg, Johnathan and Olanda were awesome. Pegs Scones food cart was near the office with comfortable seating since I am gluten-free, Peg made wonderful scones every morning. Located right on the water with kayaks, no charge, for guests. Just an incredible find in Key Largo.
Great location with a small beach, swimming pool and possibility to relax at the poolside as well as at the seashore. Boats and bicycles available. Next to the hotel you find a good restaurant at which you receive a discount as a hotel guest. Good coffee available free of charge.
Fresh baked muffins, individual frittatas, yogurt, fruit, coffee all served outdoors under a tiki hut with tables and chairs by your villa all a short walk from the shore with a great view. It's an old school Florida hotel. Refreshing break from the standard modern hotels.
Beautiful trees and bushes all around, piers to watch the sunrises and sunsets, a small beach to dip into, kayaks to explore on, a guest laundry, parking near our room and restaurants within walking distance made this resort of rustic cottages a bit of paradise for us.
we were transferred to the Reef Hotel because they didn’t have a double here. The Opal Group had just talked over the Marriott Resort on 1 February and we were sent there. What a great treat.
stunning beach area. the main hotel and restaurants were beautiful. loved the little touches such as complimentary champagne on the beach at sunset, s’mores for the kids
Very nice hotel with a beautiful view. Large room and comfortable beds. we only stayed one night during our trip to key west, but it was worth the stay.
