Score from 394 reviews Wonderful
grey towels unfriendly workers breakfast was horrible bed was hard as a rock wifi did not work at all
Location good Inexpensive
Only lukewarm Water for showers Could be cleaner Loud - adjoining room - could hear everything
Our first room smelled to bad that I, the woman, had to keep the covers over my head all night. My husband had an allergy and didn't notice it until morning. THE worst smell I have ever had in a motel.
Just a place to sleep and rest after hiking . A short distance to the entrance of Zion. I would expect a bit more for the price . Like when we stayed at Bryce Canyon, the hotel there was much cheaper but a lot nicer than this one.
Breakfast was too simple, basically just cheap bagels and coffee, apple juice, some jams and butter. That's it. Staffs didn't have knowledge of Zion sightseeings or whereabout locally. No maps or any infos inside the office.
Beds and location
Threadbare linens, lack of maintenance, noisy lower level rooms, long walk down steep driveway for morning coffee but no lids for the cups.staff has no knowledge of area, no brochures and not much personality.
For the value this is a winner all day long I can overlook a lot by saving over 50 a nite compared to fancy places. Other reviews must have expected a 5 star hotel for a two star price. Location fabulous..
Not very clean couldn't find my reservation. Wifi didn't work old towels , old everything.
- close to Zion-National Park
- cockroaches in the sleeping- and bath-room - no room service
Everything else. Room dirty and everything old and unplesant. The staff and the breakfast terrible. Don't stay there.
It is in horrible shape --needs everything!! The bedding was old and smelly the toilet was broken the faucets were wacked -- the drapes were falling off the rod-- the furniture was scarred. Just bad.
the staff was the worst I ever experienced in my lifetime of traveling. The door would not open with the swipe key just for starters and it went downhill from there. The staff always making excuses on the different problems.
Everything else. The place is really needs a radical cleaning. A very bad experience.
Great location, and the only place that's around $100 within 25 miles. Just a place to sleep at night-- not a place to hang out.
Cockroaches-- spotted 2 alive and 1 dead within 2 night stay. I was given a wifi password at check in and then called to say it wasn't working and was matter-of-factly told my room doesn't get wifi. Cold im-personal staff. Towels would be more suited towards sanding wood.
Toilets didn't flush
Close proximity to Zion National Park Friendly staff Comfortable room with view
Motel is in poor repair Attention to detail lacking in cleanliness Phone did not work WiFi was not reliable
Close to Zion.
Room not kept well, pretty poor breakfast. Not a good value for a money
Curtains and towels disgusting. Bathroom needed updating. Only six chairs in Breakfast Room. Inadequate.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Rooms and towels are in need of update. Very old, towels threadbare and grey in colour.
Needs a little updating
Lack of cleanliness. Room smelled like urine
Convenient location, price was somewhat less than the general inflated prices in Springdale.
The key card would only open the door after 5 minutes of fiddling, trying again and again. The staff shrugged it off with a "just deal with it" attitude. AC unit couldn't cool the room, even in October. WiFi was turned off from 7pm to 7am. Poor service, surly attitudes.
The location and view were amazing.
The staff were rude. The breakfast was a joke. The walking of neighbors upstairs sounded like elephants. No way you could sleep through it. It wasn't all that clean. I am definitely recommending my friends to stay elsewhere. It's a poor motel in a beautiful spot.
breakfast is practically non-existent, some cheerios in a small crowded reception area.
Good location, close to park entrance and services. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.
Old, outdated building. Poor sound insulation. Few electrical outlets. Spotty WiFi. Towels were dingy white and threadbare. Poor lighting. Weak water pressure. AC unit located in bathroom. Indifferent managers. Overpriced for what you get.
