Very old facility.
Hard to find a reasonably priced room in Sedona, but this fit the bill. A little old but very clean and comfortable. Great location and chairs outside so you can sit and enjoy your wine while watching the sunset over the mountains.
Too early in season for pool.
Exceeded expectations! Great location close to Zion with a clean, spacious, comfy room with great beds, fridge, etc. View amazing out front. Nice staff, too.
Great owner!! For some reason I don't know, we booked the hotel from booking.com but when we checked in, the reservation was not showing in the lodge's record. The owner said he has noticed the issue lately and has saved spared rooms for his customers so they don't need to be panic for the situation. He even rejected the walk in customs to save the spare rooms. Great man! Very caring and friendly. Good price to stay so closed to Zion.
Only had 6 donut holes and footloops for breakfast. I think they can provide better a breakfast selection.
Nice guy at the desk. Parking right outside our room.
Breakfast was horrible, room was depressing
door lock broken, flooring VERY uneven, slanting, cracks around doors, windows, bathroom wall cracks, horrible tile in dressing area and bathroom, uneven up to one inch between tiles, drapes ancient and had holes, desk clerk did not speak fluent English, experience much less than expected
good location, beautiful view from terrace, adequate bed
Forget the wi-fi. It does not exist and will not exist. Our room needed maintenance but was not yet falling apart. Faucet was very loose, counter pulling away from wall and bathroom door crooked, cracked and non closing. Upstairs floor creaked loudly when they walked on it most of the night.
What you get is enough. It is clean and comfortable.
The wifi was out, and hadn't been fixed in ten days!
It was a place to rest your head.
Not internet and hot tub
Good location, clean, comfortable beds
Bill/Kevin, the man at the front desk was very nice! The location is close to the park!
vety unhygienic, light didn't work , the lady was rude. The wifi did not work. But the most horrible was the hygiene
The stay was nice but there was a bad smell in the room like a dead mouse or something
The location to Zion.
Heat did not work! Almost froze due to a cool night. Telephone did not work. People tried to call me and couldn't get through to the room.
Very nice location.
It's an older building. Needs a bit of work. Manager said, they will be working on it. I hope it has facilities when I visit next time.
Friendly folks. They were willing to accommodate our request for a microwave. The manager brought me one from another room.
Extremely bad quality. In fact the worst during our month long travels. No wifi. Broken toilet. Peeling wall paper. Etc etc Don't stay there.!
Although it was clean, it is older and well worn
The price was right to stay for a stop over night. Close to shops and restaurants.
grey towels unfriendly workers breakfast was horrible bed was hard as a rock wifi did not work at all
Only lukewarm Water for showers Could be cleaner Loud - adjoining room - could hear everything
Location good Inexpensive
Our first room smelled to bad that I, the woman, had to keep the covers over my head all night. My husband had an allergy and didn't notice it until morning. THE worst smell I have ever had in a motel.
Breakfast was too simple, basically just cheap bagels and coffee, apple juice, some jams and butter. That's it. Staffs didn't have knowledge of Zion sightseeings or whereabout locally. No maps or any infos inside the office.
Just a place to sleep and rest after hiking . A short distance to the entrance of Zion. I would expect a bit more for the price . Like when we stayed at Bryce Canyon, the hotel there was much cheaper but a lot nicer than this one.
Threadbare linens, lack of maintenance, noisy lower level rooms, long walk down steep driveway for morning coffee but no lids for the cups.staff has no knowledge of area, no brochures and not much personality.
Beds and location
For the value this is a winner all day long I can overlook a lot by saving over 50 a nite compared to fancy places. Other reviews must have expected a 5 star hotel for a two star price. Location fabulous..
Not very clean couldn't find my reservation. Wifi didn't work old towels , old everything.
