the hotel was dirty, smelled bad, the toilet didn't flush, remote didn't work, water in the shower just trickeled out, the air conditioning didn't work, is in a seedy part of town, very smoky, the stairwell was digusting, the elevators are old and dangerous, i had to bites on my arm, worst hotel i ever stayed in! no coffee facilities are provided

The Television quit working on the 2nd day and they wouldn't fix it and we were there for 4 days

the rooms are nice and quiet in the tower and also clean and comfortable.

I had breakfast in the cafe and it was served cold. I mentioned it to the cashier as the servers never came back and checked on me. She didn't seem a bit concerned about it.It was a poor dining experience.

no TV remote in room, no way to turn it off or on, no coffee in room after I had specifically asked if it was provided and been told yes.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were excellant. The food was wonderful also

The rooms don't have iron and board I had to call in the morning to get them but the staff was speedy to respond.

I like the new Tower Hotel. Room service, Front Desk, Buffet and Restaurant Staffs are nice and quick. Roni front desk clerk is very helpful and professional.

Bad bad taxi service. It took forever to get one. Hardly any taxi comes to your hotel. Improve this part of your service. Keep your security presence in front of the hotel to get rid off the bums..

Reservations. Several of us book with ebook and at check in you had no record of our reservations or it being pre-paid. Based on this fact alone, I don't think I would be back!

Staff, rooms, A/C, beds, slots, TV, convenience. I was there to rest and relax for a night, and enjoyed playing slots a bit for fun the next day.

Had no idea where to check in pool was super cold limited dollar slot machine choices super smokey charged an extra $100 and wasn't told why until I asked thought I was charged by booking.com then the charge was no longer on my statement and then I was charged again at hotel. Currently, I have been charged and refunded for my room and then charged again. Still waiting for my $100 back.

I did not like much.

My toilet would not flush, the tv did not work except for 1 channel, the halls were very noisy late at nite interrupting my sleep.

Daytime cocktail ladies are always efficient, caring, and hospitable.

No knobs on air conditioning unit, didn't see thermostat on opposite wall until time to checkout, bed was too hard, and no coffee maker.

Location is very far from other eateries and attractions. Cafe/buffet staff were horrible slow and not very personable. Casino area was overly smokey, even for a Las Vegas casino.

Inexpensive open buffet and the room that they gave me was a good one.

This is my second stay in this hotel. This time I have been given a ground level room with a small patio which was very nice though. One night I was out sitting at the patio table, drinking my beer, gotto go in for the bathroom and get back to see my cell phone disappeared from the table. Despite the patio being a part of my room; a protected area which is covered by several surveliance cameras the security told me that the cameas were not able to pick anything since it was too dark. I didn't buy what he said but didn't push more since I really was too tired for that hassle and the phone wouldn't worth it. I will never stay at this hotel again. Beware..!
