Score from 7 reviews Exceptional
That it was a non-smoke area
I did not had the pasword for the Wi-Fi
We always have to ask for iron board and iron or lf they have tacos for breakfirst
Facility was excellent with staff being very courteous. Manager is the best, she is awesome
Nothing not to like, town was just dirty with the oil companies bringing in mud onto streets
Pillows were very uncomfortable
Clean, Friendly and Comfortable
The meals were very good.Housekeeping was excellent.
Very slippery bathtub.
I liked the customer service at the front desk. He was helpful and helped us save money in what's an already price gouging market. The bed and shower was great.
The cleaning lady was a little too pushy about changong my linens. I was still in bed asleep at 7:05am I work late most time until 3am. I said no and she knocked 3 additional times. I finally had to resolve the issue by screaming,"go away" from the bed. Really negated the positive parts of my stay.
The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
There was still food in the refrigerator from the previous occupants. The office manager double charged my credit card and when I politely asked her to correct it she argued with me for 20 minutes and I had to have my credit card company remove the second charge. Not very competent staff.
Clean, friendly staff
The employees were very professional, polite and helpful. The room was very comfortable and we got a room right where we wanted by the pool... really enjoyed our stay.
No dislike, only thing is that hotels should not charge the same as oil field workers. Travelers are temporary guest not the high income workers who stay there as daily workers
Clean, good ac, friendly staff.
Lots of semi noise due to the closeness to the loop.
Staff was very friendly. We met two other family couples there and all our rooms were together. Breakfast was a nice surprise because booking said that it was not included in price.
The mattress was harder than in most facilities that we have stayed in.
Vanessa took care of our problem with room immediately by changing our room. She was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was kept up.
We travel a lot and found the texan one of the best we have stayed at I will recommend to anyone traveling through carrizo springs tx if you need to stop and rest it's the best place for the price
everything was to my liking
they show that they would have breakfast in morning but when you get there say on cook today
Near my husband.
They over charged me 2 nights stay. Took them over a week to refund my money
I was in the middle of everything!!
It was a little to expensive for the quality
Door looked like someone tried to break in.
Rooms are big and comfortable Breakfast is nice
The door let sound and light pass...
No iron & ironing board in the room.
Very convenient location.
A little pricey.
Location. Rooms looked updated and refreshed.
The supposed free hot morning breakfast did not happen either day. The "Cook" did not show up. So instead they had waffles with many of the breakfast condiments being kept out of ice and did not look safe to eat.
