The staff were friendly and very helpful. We had a great time playing Bingo. The Cardio room was adequate. The atmosphere was really good. Family friendly place. Close to shopping. I felt safe while staying there. The pool looked inviting and the buffet was wonderful and very reasonably priced. All in all a good experience. When I arrived I was told that $100 deposit was needed. That really through me for a loop. I did not expect this. I paid for the room each day and had already paid for the first night. I still do not understand why the deposit was required. I am glad that it will be returned.

I liked the multiple electrical outlets, since I must sleep with a C-Pap machine and it needs two outlets to work properly. The bed was extremely comfortable. I didn't like the fact that when I checked out there was no one to help me with my luggage. I am 72+ years old, have arthritis in my feet and back, as well as having a slight problem breathing, and the large suitcase was difficult for me to handle and your parking is so far away from the front desk that it made it extremely difficult for me to get both the large roller bag and the small roller bag to my car. They told me it was impossible to park in front of the hotel to load out the luggage.

Estuve presente en un evento técnico.. Me atrevo a recomendarlo para otro tipo de ocasión. El personal q labora es muy atento en especial la señora Connie..La verdad no esta en el centro de la ciudad, pero en las Vegas nada es lejos. En cuanto Aseo, Confort y atención son excelente; me atrevo a recomendarlo. Lo unico es que en el Restaurante del Hotel el desayuno es a partir de las 8 am.
