Great Location

The rooms are very dark. Electrical outlets were very loose. The building just felt old and dated.

Good rates, spacious room, good breakfast, plenty of parking

Tub and toilet in room needed repair, pool needed some repairs, some trash was left in bathroom under sink from previous user, never received a final receipt from hotel, room service was not done between days we stayed there, bathroom in common area hall was in need of repairs

Great location, clean and affordable. Will rebook in the future

staff was very frienldy and helpfull.

The building maintainence needed to be adressed, plaster painting touch ups and stair rails etc..

Price was reasonable. Complementary breakfast also a plus. Room was clean and efficient.

An exercise room would have been nice.

The fact that the room keys had to be re-keyed at the front desk every day.

Having an in-suite jacuzzi is the best! Two floors, spiral staircase and two king size beds. Plenty of space and clean.

Older property - clean but shabby. I prefer having the good nightly rate over glitz!

We were there 17 yrs ago and loved it then. The hotel now looks awful, outdated wallpaper, staircase missing poles, inside the jacuzzi screw sticking out of one of the jets with rust all around the tub. Shades on the windoes did not work, old carpeting, found another screw coming sticking out on the refrigerator. Very poor over all. Will not be going back.

We put my niece and her two up there for a visit the weekend before Christmas. They couldn't have been happier. The beds, room and amenities were perfect for them. They especially liked the breakfast and the evening check in clerk. She went out of her way to make them comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was great except for the Breakfast. They should not even offer it. It was a joke.

As always pleasant staff, love the loft rooms .. great for combination of family.. w/ privacy for all having breakfast in the morning is terrific...no need to dress up and go out for waffles and coffee for smaller children having indoor pool was so convenient everyone was happy

Perhaps for a safety issue, esp. W/ very small children, the spokes on the spiral staircase should be tightened up..some were loose and missing.

Husband, wife, and adult daughter stayed overnight. We were in Falmouth for a family funeral. It was convenient to the Funeral Home, and reasonably close to the church where the funeral service was held.

We were very disappointed that the price we paid for the overnight was not the confirmed price we got when we booked. Even after adding state tax and any hotel/local tax it should not have added more that $27.00 more than we were quoted in the confirmation on Nov. 2.

We had stayed there many years ago and went back to reminisce. It was fun..

The girl at the desk seemed to be having a "bad" day.. not very pleasant..

Close to the start of the Cape Cod Marathon that I had gone there to run.

Breakfast was nothing special.

It was clean and comfortable and offered amenities such as a refrigerator in the room, continental breakfast, pool, etc.

I was not able to stay long enough to enjoy everything it had to offer!

We were upgraded to a beautiful room with a jacuzzi, for free!

Cleanness is very poor. everything in the room was used, even the coffeemaker wasn"t good to use.
