Being upgraded to a larger bed was very nice. Staff was always helpful and nice.

Soap dried my skin. Needed a mirror outside the bathroom to get ready.

The hotel was beautiful and the food excellent. The rooms were elegent and very spacious. It was in a great location. All staff were friendly and very helpful.

The pillows were flat and did not provide neck support. There was no trash can in the restroom.

Windows that do not open. Room was hot, conditioner went on and off all night. Miniscule size coffee available in room.

Loved the size of the room! We had a huge bath and a whole separate walk- in closet/dressing area. There was a full length mirror, 2 dressers and plenty of hanging space. We could put all our luggage in there and then shut the door so we didn't have stuff spread all over the room. Ir was great! Especially when traveling with a family - or spouse who is not neat! Also the hotel provided a free town car - and although website said no more than 3 miles - they took us to the Botanical Gardens and oicked us up when we were done which was alittle over 5 miles! Everyone was so helpful!

Oh my, your hotel was awesome. My 23 year old son said it was the nicest hotel he has ever stayed in. Its historical, clean, friendly and convenient. Had a great time

Not much. In 4 nights we only called once because housekeepping forgot I guess, to leave all the towels. Otherwise, perfect. Food and bar were very nice too

Had to pay for WiFi connection. Dallas was one of the most boring, dead cities that I have visited.

I was not impressed with the hours at the hotel bar. On Friday night, my husband and I went to this bar. It closed at 10 p.m. I found this to be very early for a Friday night. Several clientes were turned away because of the time.

The bar tender and servers were outstanding.

The air quality in the room was poor. It was very dry and stale. If we were able to open the windows for fresh air it would have made the stay much more comfortable.

Grand old well appointed Hotel. Very comfortable and luxurious room. Perfect for relaxing after a long flight. No negative aspects to hotel at all. Would recommend. I should have tried the French Room Restaurant.

Dallas is not very interesting for a tourist ...apart from JFK museum.

We stayed at the hotel for the weekend and went to the Perot Museum and saw King Lear at the AT&T Performing Arts Center. Everything was wonderful!

Beautiful, historic, first-class hotel. Excellent service. Personable, friendly staff. Great location. Easy in and out. Reasonable rates. Loved it! I recommend the Adolphus to anyone who wants to experience what a real first class hotel, in the best of tradition, should be like.

No shampoo for shower.

Great old fashioned, old world charm of dark wood and rich colors. Staff is extremely friendly.

Some of the rooms need some attention.

We liked the big rooms and the fabulous wood panelled lobby.
