1. Location was excellent and easy walking distance to Grand Central Station 2. Beds were extremely comfortable 3. Staff were very accommodating

1. We found out on arrival that the hotel had just had a change of ownership 1 week prior and there were many items missing from the apartment, but the staff were very quick to assist in rectifying this matter 2. Our apartment was not worth what we paid as it was quite dated and in need of repairs

Rooms were a good size and comfortable.

No coffee making facilities in room. Wifi $15 per night. location was not quite as central as I thought. A good 15 minute walk to Times Sq although good for Grand Central

some items of furniture look a bit tired but nothing to spoil your stay.

The staff is extremely nice, helpful and friendly - I needed help with a small family emergency and they sprang into action. The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed and the location is perfect! Everything you could possibly want is within a few minutes walk or cab.

There was nothing not to like

The Location was very good !! The staff, namely Marie Ramos and Benedict Matic were all very helpful. The doormen were very friendly. Others were not as helpful.

The rooms need a little touch up and make up for a hotel in that category. Also, I requested for a smoking room, but when I checked in, it was not available. It was quite dissapointing considering that I made my reservations way ahead of time, about 2 months before.

Staff were excellent and we were well treated. Design a must.

The hotel was basic, I don't think it was 4 star quality. The location was not great for us but for someone travelling on business for a week or so I would recommend this hotel as they have some more room and a kitchenette so can cook and have room for storage. Also, on the tv brouchure there was a chanel 45 or 54 I can't remember which was showing the golf, it wasn't working and my husband called to ask why, he overheard someone say, we don't have that anymore, then the girl came on and said there was a problem in the area and it's down, he was upset that he had been lied to after overhearing this conversation, he was then lied to by every other member of staff that he asked, he was highly insulted by that.

We had a two-bedroom suite which was excellent as we were two couples staying together, one with a baby. The kitchen was fully equipped with micro, stove, dishwasher, fridge, etc. Good value, would recommend!

Internet should be included. We did not "buy" it as it was way too expensive and other reviewers said it did not work properly. Could also have been a good kitchen knife and more cuttlery.

The bed was comfortable

The room was in desperate need of makeover. Very old and worn furniture and fixtures. Definitely not luxury. We had a two bedroom suite, which sounds large, but each room was very small, so it really wasn't. One shower didn't work. The other shower worked, but the water didn't drain well and I was standing in water up to my ankle, and then had the misfortune to see clumps of hair floating around because it wasn't cleaned well.

I think that the apartment was fine but the equipment in the apartment was to poor.

worn down furniture, could genrally use a fixing up at little nooks and corners e.g. shower, kitchen, internet not included but 15,00 USD per 24h for two devices, should be free, as everything in NYC quite expensive

one of our rooms (3rd floor) was over the central heating/airconditioning/tecnical level or whatever. A part of the floor was very warm, and the air-condition coudn't cope, so the room was 78-82 degrees hot. Tried to open the window (outside temperature 10-15 degrees), which only helped for a short time. Must be absolutly terrible in the summer. Some of the furniture was broken(a drawer missing), and the carpet was frizzy at one end. Not Things we normally would ecpect from a 4 star hotel

One of the doormen was borderline rude; ignored our family after we checked in and wouldn't even hail a cab for us upon departure (he turned his back on us whenever we exited the hotel and never helped us get a cab for the entire stay so this last act wasn't unexpected!). The fact that there was no coffee maker or toaster for each apartment unit.

Spacious Good location

The room was small but was designed to work. The staff - doorman, front desk, bellman etc were exceptionally friendly. Gave a wonderful impression on MYC>

We were unable to control the heat.At night we tried to turn down the heat (room 2506) but it stayed at about 76 degrees - too warm. Perhaps maintenance should look into it.

I did not know that a double room double bed in ny means. One small room with two beds. No coffee machine.

hotel in need of refurbishment; leg came off coffee table, furnishings looking a little tired. Service of room not great - missing face washers, non replacement of toiletries supplied by hotel. Bed too short for 6' 1' person. Was expecting more of a luxury hotel, this definitely isn't.
