The Alexander Ocean Front Resort    

I loved how all the rooms had everything available you needed. Rooms were to perfection and very clean. Hotel was very family/child friendly. Food at restaurant was very good. Bartender, made the best mojitos I have ever tried and I have tasted several.

The beach was clean and quiet. It seems that the room/condo is privately owned since some of the closets were filled with clothes and such. Nice clean room with plenty of space.

Location

Some of your front staff seemed a bit unprepared/slow; everything else was fine. Your A/C is too loud. Probably your pool area is a bit old fashioned and small given it's supposed to be a resort (family venue) ... this wasn't a problem for me personally though as I travelled for business in this case.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left the hotel staff provided excellent, fast, friendly and informed service. The hotel itself is beautiful and perfectly located for beach, pool and shopping. A clear winner among the others.

Good location right on the beach, although you still need a car to get down to the shopping areas and restaurants in South Beach.

The hotel was out of date, the room decor was awful, beds very uncomfortable, carpets were filthy. Would not stay here again. Think you can get much better value for money elsewhere. They also charge you a daily resort fee, but I would hardly call the place a resort. You need to pay for chairs on the beach and the pools leave much to be desired.

The beach access is very convenient, the pools are very nice, the staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is family friendly and the hot-tub is splendid. is a highly recommended place to vacation with the family.

i didn't like the service i didn't get what i pay for i was supposed to get a junior suit with separate bedrooms and i only got one bedroom they said the hotel was too full im really disappointing they could gave an upgrade or a big discount im gonna really think about of booking there again

The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Robert, the concierge was incredibly informative and had a great sense of humor. We got in early from our cruise and they held our luggage until check in. We stayed by the pool until we got the phone call, which did not take too long. The room is beautiful. We stayed in a junior suite, there was plenty or room. There is a full functioning kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, cooktop, etc. The bedroom had ample enough storage for a weeks worth of clothes for two without a problem. The bathroom was large with a bidet. The shower had great water pressure, which is hard to find. The living room had a piano, very comfortable couch futon, a chair and ottoman, and a beautiful view. The balcont was nice and peaceful. The pool, spas, and waterfall, with the poolside bar were the best feature of all. So serene and comfortable. It was a paradise.

My only concern was the Vallet parking charge, way to expensive.

I didn't like anything about this hotel. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The staff were rude. The room was dirty. The security didn't even Have a single reason as to why we were kicked out of our room.

This resort is best in Miami. Employees are very kindly and friendly.

We really liked the suite with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and kitchen. Being on the beach was great .

The decorating really needs upgrading, but the kitchen, baths and beds were fine,the important stuff....it was also a bit of a wierd crowd...also the food at the beach bar needs some work.

the noise level in the room next to us was awful until 2am the room was neat but the shower was filthy globs of hair in shower, complained about noise and broken light in hallway from partiers next door ... Was not happy about that portion

O apartamento é bastante grande, serve tranquilamente 6 pessoas. O café da manhã é muito bom, as piscinas são ótimas, o bar da piscine também é bom.

O hotel está precisando de cuidados na conservação, os abatjoures dos quartos não estavam funcionando. O chuveiro não tem bom jato d`'agua, a decoração não obedece um padrão. Cobram late checkout pelo menor atraso na desocupação do apartamento. Dentre as várias viagens que fiz, esta foi a primeira vez que cobraram.

Grösse des Appartement 2015 Wir hatten 2 Zimmer und 2 Bäder. Reinigungsdamen waren freundlich und gründlich. Pool Bar freundlich und mit gutem Häppliangebot Gästeempfang Outsite freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Zuerst Appartement 1204 mit unmöglichen Matratzen/Better und einer überlauten Klimaanlage. Müsste renoviert werden. Bei Ankunft war unsere Reservation nicht bekannt. Ihre Bestellung war noch nicht abgerufen worden. Nur ein Speise Restaurant im Hotel, jedoch gute Qualität und relativ hohem Preis.

La vue sur la mer depuis la salle du petit déjeuner était magnifique. Le logement (suite de 2 chambres) était constitué de 2 salles de bains confortables et agréables, d'un salon - salle à manger et d'une cuisine entièrement équipée;Cela peut être intéressant dans le cas où vous chercheriez à ne pas manger tous les jours au restaurant. D'ailleurs, une grande partie des chambres est louée à l'année. Ce qui fait de cet hôtel une résidence privée pas aussi vivante qu'un hôtel habituel.

L'atmosphère de l’hôtel est surannée. Vieux meubles, grand escalier en bois, boiseries dans le hall. La chambre que nous avions était entièrement refaite avec des équipements de qualité mais l'atmosphère était froide avec un éclairage à revoir car très blanc (type hôpital). Nous n'avons pas aimé séjourner dans cet hôtel malgré la rénovation récente de la chambre.

El aseo está muy malo, olvidan dejar suficiente shampoo y café.
