It was practical for our purposes: traveling with elder parents and having a kitchen at our disposal. The place is old... Units are old and furniture etc..used and does not seem always clean |

Location near the Beach Room was very outdated and needed maintenance urgently. Beds were very short and do not satisfy current standards anymore. |

The suite we stayed in had just been remodelled, it was great, we had a couple of minor issues when we first arrived that were quickly corrected by Hotel Staff. The only criticism I have is the room service was very pricey, 2 adults and 1 child cost $125 for dinner on Friday night- (pizza/burger/steak/chicken fingers and no beverages) |

wonderful place, close to the beach and town, fully equiped kitchen, excellent steak's restaurant, stinky smell from air condition, lot of additional fees, qty/price ratio low, can not match europian hotels - in fact it is an apartments building not real hotel, converted to the hotel |

La muy buena disposición del personal del hotel a todos los requerimientos y consultas en general. Las instalaciones son muy buenas. Las habitaciones/departamentos son amplios, confortables, equipados y agradables. Que el servicio de playa no este incluído en la tarifa (sillas, sombrillas) |

Günstiges Preis/Leistungsverhältnis Wir kamen mit dem Auto an und 3 Mitarbeiter beim Eingang waren absolut desinteressiert, uns bei den Koffern zu helfen. Parkplatz extrem teuer, aber 100m weiter günstiger und sicherer Parkplatz mit "Über-Nacht-Parken" frei. Bloß nicht das Geldeinwerfen ab 8:00 UHR morgends vergessen. 10 Min später hatten wir schon einen Strafzettel über 20$. |

Nous avons eu un appartement géant plus ou moins 135m2( deux chambres,deux salles de bains, living, cuisine, balcon vue mer 30m2) , mais un peu vieux. Cependant le rapport situation/ confort / prix est raisonnable pour l'endroit. Le concierge et la réception font preuve d'un grand professionnalisme. |

Vi hade två sovrum med dusch/bad samt vardagsrum och kök. Det är bra att kunna laga frukost och andra måltider själv. En alldeles utmärkt restaurang finns i huset, Schula´s, som är experter på kött i olika former men även serverar annat. Läget med pooler och tillgång till strand är utmärkt. Städningen får man oftast säga till om och den sker sent på dagen. Något som vi påpekar varje gång. Vi har varit regelbundna gäster på hotellet sedan 1995. |

la cercania y acceso a la palaya,cuidados de la piscina, la atencion del concierge Roberto, Fredy muy amables. no es tan nuevo para cobrar esa tarifa, si se rquiere 3 personas adultas y me ofrecen un apartamento para mas personas, lo minimo que aspiro es a 3 habitaciones. el parcking deberia estar en la tarifa, y los gastos de servicio no son incluidos como beneficio, secobran aparte. |

Generelt god valuta for pengene, en meget stor suite til en rimelig pris. Flot udsigt fra stor terasse mod havet. Gode faciliteter og i almindelighed hjælpsomt personale. Dog visse sprogvanskeligheder, da mange kun taler haltende engelsk. Desuden "in suite dining" af høj kvalitet. Det ville være en fordel, om personalet kunne tale bedre engelsk. Mange turister taler ikke spansk. Det ændrer dog ikke ved, at der var tale om et meget serviceminded personale. |

Le confort et la proprete absolument irreprochable de l'hotel. La superbe suite spacieuse que nous avions, qui etait ideale pour notre famille composee de 2 adultes et 2 enfants. J'ai regrette de n'y rester qu'une nuit. L'espace detente avec les deux piscines et jacuzzis etait magnifique et tres bien entretenu |
