Location near the Beach Room was very outdated and needed maintenance urgently. Beds were very short and do not satisfy current standards anymore. |

The suite we stayed in had just been remodelled, it was great, we had a couple of minor issues when we first arrived that were quickly corrected by Hotel Staff. The only criticism I have is the room service was very pricey, 2 adults and 1 child cost $125 for dinner on Friday night- (pizza/burger/steak/chicken fingers and no beverages) |

wonderful place, close to the beach and town, fully equiped kitchen, excellent steak's restaurant, stinky smell from air condition, lot of additional fees, qty/price ratio low, can not match europian hotels - in fact it is an apartments building not real hotel, converted to the hotel |

The building, while being almost 50 years old, was updated and had lots of charm. The suite was roomy and well laid out. The bed was quite comfortable. The kitchen was nice and usable. Great dining area and decent view of the ocean and bay. The valet and porter service was excellent. During high season when fully staffed this could be a nice choice. We found it very quiet in mid September. The balcony area and windows were filthy and took 3 complaints to get the area cleaned and then was not none as well as expected. The water fall at the dining area, while a focal point of the hotel's promotional material, never functioned while we were there. |

Eddie, the concierge, is one of the best assets of the hotel. Rooms offer generous space. Location. Gym, pool and newspapers are considered as extras and paid apart, despite the client is not informed. The kitchen was partally dirty and, in general, the cleanliness is absolutely a dark point. |

the hotel was reasonable value for money for the level of suite provided however the common areas of the hotel such as reception, halls and elevators were in need of urgent redecoration and in the case of the elevators-replacement. yes there were 2 particular issues, the hotel has a mandatory daily charge of 11.00 dollars plus tax, which they say is for daily newspapers, use of the room safe and unlimited local telephone calls. This is all very fine but if you dont need or desire any of these services then you should not be charged for them on a mandatory basis. This was not i the terms and conditions either. |

La spiaggia ubicata in un ottimo zona tranquilla. Il Direttore dell'Hotel a fronte di un nostro "complain" per scusarsi ci ha rimborsato 100$. l'assistenza Clienti è ottima. Avrebbe effettuata una ristrutturazione generale |

Ubicación y concepto de Dpto, ideal para familias con hijos de edades variadas. Que la primera habitación (Pen House) tenía deficiencias ( lado sur muy fría y con poca vista al mar), y al pedir cambio bajaron a Suite, pero no se reflejo en un menor valor aduciendo que era porque la suite tenía mas vista al mar.Adicionalmente pedí cama supletoria que solo usé el primer día y me cobraron los tres días. |

ei vastaa neljän tähden luokitusta, huoneistot tilavat ja hyvin kalustetut mutta muu siisteys ja kunto heikkoa huoneiston sähköt eivät keittiössä toimineet kuin osittain, ruokailutilan tuolit olivat hajota liitoksistaan ja kun ilmoitin tästä osa niistä haettiin pois mutta pyynnöistä huolimatta ei saatu uusia. luvattu näkymä lahdelle/merelle oli näkymä pensaikkoon ja vastapäiseen hotelliin... |

La solution suite avec salon et chambres est très bien. Les piscines et l'accès direct à la plage sont très agréables. L'hôtel est calme et permets de se reposer un maximum Si la propreté est exemplaire, l'entretien lui laisse à désirer: Interrupteurs cassés, poignées de placards dévissés, l'hôtel mériterait d'être rénové ou du moins, mieux entretenu. |
