Excellent furnishing (Junior Suite), great gym, top Location at the Magnificient Mile Very obstrusive knocking of the housekeeping at the door at 8.00 a.m. when I was trying to sleep. Internet too expensive (9.90 US$/day) and did not work next morning. |

They did not honor our room request and overbooked the hotel with a conference and gave away our room! We were lucky to get a very small room with a full size bed! They were not very friendly and were very flippant about their error! |

The hotel is very central, so many things are in walking distance. The locations is really nice. They provide an internet connection only after an additional payment of $10 per day. Given the price of the hotel rooms, internet access should be included. Nowadays, I think a free internet connection should be standard, but many hotels seem to miss this fact. |

Staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. Liked the decor of restaurant, reception and bar areas. A new refurbishment, apparently, and really well done. The bar food was excellent. Charging $9.95 for WiFi in one's room (for 24 hour periods) was more tahn a bit much. It would have made such a difference too to have coffee/tea making facilities in the room. |

The concierge was great. Very helpful. Great location. The room was crowded, long and narrow. There wasn't a small refrigerator for bringing back leftovers. |

Great location. Nice, neat, compact room with all that I needed. When I was checking out, the bill had a much higher rate for the one weekend night (from $89--to $189) and the clerk's explanation did not make much sense. That the cost goes up the longer you stay!!! that all the downtown hotels have this policy! Nonsense!! |
