Hotel was nice with good size beds and helpful staff and near all the main attractions. It was odd that the reception was on the 2nd floor. One night there was a shady looking character who was sitting in the ground floor when we walked in. It was late at night and we walked in and got in the hotel elevator luckily at the same time as another couple. the shady character also got in the lift but did not push any level to get off at. Our level was first stop and when we got out he also got out. I gave him a dirty look and he got back in the lift . He was very shady looking and did not look like he would be staying at the hotel. I hope the other people in the loft were ok after we got out. |

Got a nice, big room for a very low price... great deal! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. That we had to pay extra for the Internet ($10 per 24 hours). It's free in the lounge though, and when that didn't work they gave us free access in our rooms for the next 24 hours, which was nice. |

The Allerton Hotel Chicago has a great location with many alternatives to dine near hotel - everything is within a few blocks. Housekeeping could use some instruction, Hotel rooom could and should have been cleaned better. |

The location was excellent. The staff were helpful. We really did not not do much beside sleep there. We did not try the restaurant or bar but they looked comfortable. The rooms were very small. The beds took up 99% of the room. It was almost difficult to walk in the room. The bathroom would benefit from a shelving unit or something to place toiletries/personal items on. |

The room was very small. Nice and update, but similar to the size of a dorm room. There were no toileteries provided except a bar of soap. There was not a coffee maker in the room. Bellmen were not friendly, The front desk staff was pleasant. |

The hotel is remodeled beautifully... a perfect boutique hotel. Stylish and clean, conveniently located. And a pretty good bargain. The room was smaller than expected, and the cable television did not have many channels. |

The location was fantastic. They checked someone else, with the same last name, into our room and we had delays at check in. The hotel did nothing to compensate us for our time. |
