Great price for a central location.
The family rooms are small but the major problem is the noise coming from outside (air co machines). It seems all family rooms fave that side of the building.
The check in process was quick and the staff was polite. We had a free upgrade to a King Suite and it was perfect. It was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable, we had a good night sleep. As soon as we request for new towels, they got it done right away.
The elevators were very small, crowded and could smell musty. They could also have more elevators to decrease waiting time. We were in the 24th floor and waited for a while for an elevator.
Almost everything. For the price, this is an excellent place for a short stay in Chicago. The location cannot be topped. It is pristine, friendly, and the room was spacious. Service from everyone was excellent.
OLD windows with wire netting within them obscured the otherwise spectacular views. The AC in the room was excellent, but the common areas of the hotel were relatively warm and humid.
The rooms were very small.
Near shopping and walkable to parks
overall feel of hotel -- way past prime and looks it.
Location Clean and comfortable beds clean bathroom
No tea /coffee in the room Air condition was very noisy
we had a very comfortable stay. this hotel's location is unbeatable! the staff is friendly and the place feels safe.
All attraction Around u and the staff very help full they will guide you at all time
Good standard accommodation in great location.
Totally impersonal. No free wi fi.
Location was excellent
Price was steep. Check in was difficult.
location, staff, room - lobby and bar
Length of time waiting for elevator.. Room size..
Great location, friendly staff, necessary amenities were available
Breakfast would have been nice!
Location and staff Bathroom nice
Quality of sleep very poor. Mattress was awful and room was tiny. Had to pay extra for a queen size mattress.
I loved every single part of our stay! We were treated very well by all of the staff and I would definitely stay there again! You guys are amazing, keep up the great work
Absolutely perfect location, right in the heart of everything! Nice room and not to much noise considering the area. If you want the ideal location to tour the city from this is it!
Beds are quite small and mattress not so comfortable.
Location where every thing is close by. Staff were helpful.
No coffee maker to make tea or coffee
The location is perfect, the staff is very friendly and responsive and acommodating.
No breakfast or room wifi included, these are available but exorbitantly expensive. Also there is a very noisy air conditioning unit that is right underneath the rooms on the north side.
The location is excellent. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Staff were excellent.
Free wi-fi should be available in the rooms, bathrooms need more surfaces for toiletries and should offer tea & coffee within the rooms themselves. Parking is pricey too.
The location was great! Very close to major transit lines, excellent shopping, and many of the main attractions. Only blocks away from Bobby's Bike Hike (a bike tour), and a reasonable walk to the Navy Pier. It was also a walkable distance to Millennium Park. Inclusively, the staff was friendly, and tried to be accommodating. The rooms were clean, and relatively comfortable. We ordered room service, and the food was really good! We were also extremely happy with the free baggage storage - on the day that we left, we had time to go shopping after we checked out, and we didn't have to worry about taking our bags with us.
For the price, even at a discount, the hotel falls a bit short of what should be expected from a 4 star hotel. There is no free wifi in the rooms - to access free internet, you have to go to the business centre (which only seats up to two people) or go to the lobby, which is quite inconvenient. There is no mini fridge in the room, or coffee/tea maker - when you are there for a few days, it would be nice to have somewhere to put your left-overs from a restaurant, or a place to keep little snacks for yourself (e.g. yogurt). The front desk is on the second floor, which was a bit cramped, and the concierge also had a bit of a makeshift feel to it. The mattress we slept on was a bit hard, but the feather filled pillow top made it a bit more comfortable. There is limited counter space in the bathroom, which made it challenging to get ready. The hotel is a bit old (so maybe the AC isn't the greatest), and the elevators can get quite hot. When we got to our room, there weren't enough towels for two people, and there was no hand-soap (we did eventually get some, on the last day of our 6 day stay there). There also seemed to be some confusion about the rooms because we had staff trying to access our room in error about 3 times in the first day that we were there.
Location can not be better
Breakfast and free WiFi should inclouded.
