Mooie ruime kamer, sfeervol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Goed bed en leuk was ook de radiowekker met docking station voor de iPod waar we veelvuldig gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Zeer goede locatie midden op de Magnificent Mile. Veel locaties waren op loopafstand. De parkeergarage naast het hotel is aan de dure kant $48 per dag, maar dat geldt voor alle garages in de omgeving. |

excellent location for a city visit. All in walking reach or by bus. incompetent staff, did request a coach for the airport for the evening flight to Zurich and the woke me up at 4 am to tell coach was waiting! I requested confirmation of our reservation,never got an answer and my daughter send an email from germany to the address of the hotel, never got it. Manager does not know why!!!!! |

The location was excellent. The staff were helpful. We really did not not do much beside sleep there. We did not try the restaurant or bar but they looked comfortable. The rooms were very small. The beds took up 99% of the room. It was almost difficult to walk in the room. The bathroom would benefit from a shelving unit or something to place toiletries/personal items on. |

The room was very small. Nice and update, but similar to the size of a dorm room. There were no toileteries provided except a bar of soap. There was not a coffee maker in the room. Bellmen were not friendly, The front desk staff was pleasant. |

The hotel is remodeled beautifully... a perfect boutique hotel. Stylish and clean, conveniently located. And a pretty good bargain. The room was smaller than expected, and the cable television did not have many channels. |

The location was fantastic. They checked someone else, with the same last name, into our room and we had delays at check in. The hotel did nothing to compensate us for our time. |

It was a very unique hotel right in the middle of the magnificent mile. A great place to stay in downtown Chicago. Would be nice if wireless was available in the room for free. |

The hotel is conveniently located in the Magnificent Mile. Around the hotel you can walk in to many shopping areas. There also many reasonable priced restaurants and access to subway transportation 1 to 4 blocks away. Lobby area is reduced but I think this is the style of old hotels in the area. |

Great location. Nice room except for the bathroom. Good value for money. Advisable if possible to get a good deal. The bathrooms might need some renovation. The reception people are not quite friendly. |
