I was not able to get a late check out after staying in the hotel for one week. Even early check in was hard to get. I had to call the hotel upon my arrival to confirm it. There was a bad smell in my room that the staff could not get reed off

The doorman was incredible!! He literally walked me to my room every time I encountered him. He also made sure to make light of my day, as I was traveling on business and was very tired. The front desk staff was freindly but did not have the same sense of care as the doorman. Truthfully would go back because of his hospitality!!!

The staff was very polite and attentive to our needs before we even arrived. They called the day before we arrived to ask if we had any special needs. We decided not to have the room made up on the second day and told the woman who was making up rooms that morning. We left a do not disturb sign on the door. We should have told the front desk but we were pleasantly surprised when we got back that evening to find a message from the hotel telling us we had until 3:30 to have maid service and after that we could get what we needed, i.e. towels etc. Just let them know. How great was that! They provide a shower robe and towels that are enough for two people for two days. Felt comfortable in the hotel, it was so quiet. It is a great neighborhood. A very pleasant stay.

We have to say that the only thing we didn't like was the top covering on the bed. It wasn't functional and very unattractive.

20 minutes from Penn Street Station but in the village of Great Neck. Comfortable beds and really nice helpful staff.

No bar! But there are plenty of places to eat and drink within easy walking distance. Try Wild Ginger.

    The amenities were nice quality.

The age of the hotel shows a bit and the AC unit was very loud.
