I liked the comfortness of the bed and cleanliness of room.
like the friendly staff manager and everybody around the facility
the only thing that it didn'the like that I had to leave.
The quality of the second room and the manager who tried to help me.
The first room was poor with broken toilet. The prices were outrageous on top of holding an extra 125.00 which I still have not received yet which overdrew my account. I had no money and was stuck because they would not cancel and give my money back. Was not sympathetic at all.
There was no cold water in the shower the hot water could have burnt your skin off
We didn't feel safe there
I like that the location was near to the boardwalk and within walking distance to Tanger Outlet. The young man who provided room service was friendly and polite.
The black female at the front desk was very unpleasant. I'm not sure of her name, but she checked me in on Sunday. Lauren was great and friendly (complete opposite). The female who checked me in was engaged in conversation with her coworkers and ignored customers, even those ahead of me. The food was sub-par and over priced. The room was not very clean and there were cobwebs on the light fixtures in the bathroom.
The location to the beach is great, has a pool with dining area, breakfast & lunch café, everything is clean , no issues with the room, valet parking staff were great.
The facility is dated & could really use a little TLC. Our bathroom door would not close,
It was comfortable clean . staff at service desk excellent. and easy access to everything.
Did not have a refrigerator in the room or vends machine to purchase water/soda you had to order room service for it and be chart the service and an extr 1.50 for person. other wise good experiences.
Room was just as pictures
There were nats flying in the room, phone didn't work and they didn't fix it, wifi was worthless and slow( I just used my data instead)
Within reach of all the casinos, the boardwalk and all the attractions. Is not a casino hotel, so nice and quiet to stay in.
It was dirty & not taken care of. The rooms were ugly.
I liked the close proximity to the boardwalk.
We couldn't even pull in to the valet parking area because they were full when we arrived. We decided we would go eat instead so I ran inside quickly to check-in at least so we could just go straight to the room afterwards. The staff seemed bothered by the fact that they had to assist someone. I let the lady at the front desk know that I was checking in. All she said was "ok" didn't even ask for my name, reservation #, nothing. So, I gave her the name anyway and it took her about 3 tries before she got it because she kept spelling something completely different. She handed he the keys and said "you are on the 2nd floor, that way..." Alright.... When it was time to go up to our room, the closer we got to it the more I knew I had made a mistake booking here. The walls in the hall were dirty, the elevator had some sort of bucket on the ceiling of it, etc. Open the door to the room... its DEFINITELY not what they show in the pictures. The bed may look the same but the windows are not full length as shown. They are tiny port windows at the top towards the ceiling that you can't even look out of. The room smelled like bleach and I don't know what else. The paint in the bathroom was chipping everywhere, the wood was exposed on the door...it wasn't what I expected at all. Even the WiFi was so spotty that I wasn't able to stay connected for too long. In the end, I decided to tough it out as we were only there for a night but you better believe at 7:30am, I was up and ready to get out of there. I didn't want to stay longer than necessary. On our way out and going to check-out, one of the men behind the desk pointed me to a express check-out clipboard and mumbled "ok, bye" at me. We went outside to give the valet our ticket but there was no one there so we circled back to the guy at the front door (who we just passed) and he was able to get the car for us. In the end, I wouldn't come back here.
But steer clear of the annex
"Retro" bathroom = Rust
The staff at the front desk did a poor job and claim that I was not booked at the Hotel. I insisted I was and gaved my name 3 times. He finally found it after I complained, along with other guest that some were waiting 1hr just to get their room key. The bathroom ceiling was cracked over the bath tub the paint was peeling and had black mole, around the toilet base was stain, lamp in the room was unstable. Hallway and room carpeting needs replacing.
The bathroom was dirty and the room smelled
Your valet parking is $15 a night?! That's ridiculous!!!!! We thought it was $5 a night! If I had known it was $15 a night, we wouldn't have parked there!!!
The staff was great... made experience perfect
the a.c was broken and the bathroom was dated, hotel annex needed maintenance.
The room was deceiving clean despite the hallway looking like a crack house. Front entrance was amazing. I bet so is the regular rooms. If you are bringing a girlfriend/wife. Remember this is the "annex".
How do I begin.. 1.The hallways look like a cracked house. The old school orange bubble neon sign. Saying go up. The hallways are lit up with almost no light. Seriously do not bring a girl who you are trying to impress. She will be afraid to up the stairs. 2. No parking only valet. 15 bucks a day to park. Or you can park at tropicana for 10 bucks for as long as you want it's just a little bit of a walk by the time you finished with walking through the casino. 3. They do this stupid security deposit PER day. So if you stay 2 nights in the same room. They charge you like 130 on a credit card.
Too much money for it to be as simple as it was.
Staff was excellent. Food was excellent. Convenience to boardwalk and jitney. Loved the choice of two pools, both very nice. Preferred smaller size hotel.
Wish pools were open into the night for night time swim till 10 pm. Was unable to get wifi working. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner but good for price and convenience.
location no noise
cleanliness outdated rooms door made a terrible noise everytime we opened it or closed it toilet hard to flush badly in need of update
The location was perfect. We really enjoyed the pool and restaurants the hotel offers. We would definitely return!
The ice machine was location in a different tower which made it inconvenient.
Old, Musty, creepy.
