If you are looking for a no frills hotel to just lay your head down for a few hours, this is it! Great price for a great hotel. I liked what they had to offer.
Wish they would have had a safe in the room, since it's Atlantic City, I wouldn't want to carry so much money with me at one time.
19th floor room. Clean room. Restaurant Service.
Pool was NOT heated. Restaurant closes too early. Guest Services close early. No shuttle to Bus Station or casinos. Poor Menu. No Night Life.
How close it is to the beach. How close it is to the boardwalk How close it is to the Tropicana
Slowest wifi No access to the jacuzzi
I liked the comfortness of the bed and cleanliness of room.
like the friendly staff manager and everybody around the facility
the only thing that it didn'the like that I had to leave.
The quality of the second room and the manager who tried to help me.
The first room was poor with broken toilet. The prices were outrageous on top of holding an extra 125.00 which I still have not received yet which overdrew my account. I had no money and was stuck because they would not cancel and give my money back. Was not sympathetic at all.
There was no cold water in the shower the hot water could have burnt your skin off
We didn't feel safe there
For the price I paid for this hotel, the quality of the room was horrible. What I thought I booked, which was ocean view king room, I got a king bed with a view of the building across. There was no refrigerator, no microwave, no blowdryer and no safe in the room. Next time I take a trip down there will definitely not be staying there even if its my last option!!
location was good
check in took 35 minutes they charged me for valet parking which I didn't even use was expensive and we were in what seemed like the back end of the hotel which was kinda run down
I like that the location was near to the boardwalk and within walking distance to Tanger Outlet. The young man who provided room service was friendly and polite.
The black female at the front desk was very unpleasant. I'm not sure of her name, but she checked me in on Sunday. Lauren was great and friendly (complete opposite). The female who checked me in was engaged in conversation with her coworkers and ignored customers, even those ahead of me. The food was sub-par and over priced. The room was not very clean and there were cobwebs on the light fixtures in the bathroom.
no a/c, very little. old felling, we felt as if we were thrown into a run down motel for the price of high end hotel. your pictures show all the cool things form years ago. now. not so much. I could have paid another 50 dollars and stayed at the resorts casino.
The location to the beach is great, has a pool with dining area, breakfast & lunch café, everything is clean , no issues with the room, valet parking staff were great.
The facility is dated & could really use a little TLC. Our bathroom door would not close,
Location to the board walk was good
Room was not ready on time. Room looked nothing like the photo's. Everything was very out dated. Reminded us of the 70'S. Room had broken light fixtures and smelled horribly of bleach even with the balcony door open. We would Never consider staying there again. Way over priced. We probably could of got a nicer room for half the money across the street at the holiday inn
I didn't Like that booking.com told me one price and I had to pay more. Poor communication with the two companies
It was comfortable clean . staff at service desk excellent. and easy access to everything.
Did not have a refrigerator in the room or vends machine to purchase water/soda you had to order room service for it and be chart the service and an extr 1.50 for person. other wise good experiences.
I couldn't get WiFi. The signal was so low it kept logging me out. Our air conditioner leaked and the floor was wet. Not as clean as you would expect for $280!!!
Room was just as pictures
There were nats flying in the room, phone didn't work and they didn't fix it, wifi was worthless and slow( I just used my data instead)
We liked the location. It was close to the boardwalk and the Tropicana.
The building is very old. It definitely needs updating. I would not walk barefoot on the carpet. The furniture looks like it is as old as the building. Don't believe the pictures! The elevator was kind of scary. You wondered if the door was going to open. My husband was very upset about being charged for parking. Just so you know, when they say valet parking is $15, that is per day!! Usually when a place has a balcony, you look forward to sitting there with a cup of coffee. Ours faced a dirty parking garage with trucks below. It was not pleasant in the least. Speaking of coffee....there wasn't a coffee pot! If you don't mind just having a place to sleep and shower, then this place could be for you. But since this was a fun getaway for us, we would rather spend a little more next time and enjoy the room.
Nothing. I would not return to the Annex at the Chelsea.
The front desk staff were slow and they didn't seem to care or notice that others butted their way to the front to ask questions and complain. The toilet in my room was wobbly and there were fruit flies in my room. The valet service was disorganized and slow. We had to wait 20 minutes for the car.
Within reach of all the casinos, the boardwalk and all the attractions. Is not a casino hotel, so nice and quiet to stay in.
It was dirty & not taken care of. The rooms were ugly.
