It was in a great location
Room's are super dated and do NOT look like the pictures
Nice clean beds, nice balcony, good location.
They charged me for parking when I didn't even drive there & I checked out several days ago and still have yet to receive my deposit refund.
the staff because i called because their was a group that had three rooms and they were very loud slamming the doors all night. I called for a cart for our bags four times and they kept telling me someone was coming. I didn't want to send my daughter down to get it or leave her in the room by herself. after waiting for and hour I went down and got it myself. when you take a shower the water doesn't go down.
I did NOT like anything everything in the room was old -tub was dirty -I will never do it again especially for that amount of money
Bathrm -halls ways dirty, paint coming off walls-just everything it looked like a shack with beds
I like the location of the hotel and how close it was to everything. The staff was very friendly. Also I liked that's there was valet parking for a cheap $15 per day and you can take your car in and out as many times as you would like .
i didn't like how the pictures online were pretty decieving. It showed 2 pools and indoor and outdoor. The indoor one was connected to the spa so unless you wanted to pay we couldn't use it and no one wants to go outside in January to go swimming. Also the rooms showed that we saw online looked a little different. But it was clean and fine for a one night stay to sleep in.
Overall the stay was comfortable.
The poor WiFi
The overall place was nice
I couldn't get on the wifi
Sweet staff, especially the valet and housekeeping. Prime location, late checkout was HUGELY appreciated.
Restaurant closed before 9 pm on a Friday night when it's advertised as being open from 4-10. And for the early risers who need to be somewhere before 7 am, there was absolutely NO coffee to be found anywhere in the building. Would be nice to find coffee makers in the room.
Right on boardwalk
Crappy dated decor
The room was perfect. The halls are not the best looking but rooms are great, service was great, location was perfect a+++***
The halls need painting. The rooms should have at least 1 picture.
The place was completely run down and it looked as if we were walking into a scummy crack motel. There was tape holding the carpet on the stairs, the bathroom in our room looked like it had NEVER been cleaned, it looked like there was blood stains on the curtains and the furniture was so outdated. There also was no fridge to keep anything you brought cold. I would never stay there again. It looked like something out of a horror film.
The staff was very friendly, the food in the 5th floor restaurant was excellent! Bed was very comfy. Cheap price so it was a decent room for that amount.
We stayed in the Annex so, you get what you pay for. View out of room was a 'Cash For Gold' place and Quality Inn. We stayed in room 118. Door of room was filthy, right outside of elevator so we heard it every time it hit our floor. Drawers in room wouldn't stay closed. Wifi password has to be input at least 5 times during my stay and service wasn't that great.
The New Year's party
The room was a dump. The furniture was hideous and you find better quality at the thrift store. The bed terrible, towels like sand paper and the shower was horrible. The water barely a trickle. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!
This hotel this the worst I ever stayed in the entire life. It is a old dirty motel using pictures from the newer tower to get you in.
There was no mini fridge in the room.
The staff was nice. The boardwalk is a couple of feet away and the restaurant food in the hotel was great.
I did not like that the hotel charged 2 different credit cards for the same night for 2 different rates. This makes me afraid to give them my credit card information ever again!
Beds were too small. There was no fridge. The room was very old and seemed as if it would fall apart. No lock on the bathroom door. Very tiny bathroom with only one half size mirror which was inside the small bathroom. We did not have a good room at all
The lighting in the room was horrible, we had to re arrange the lamp in the room just to get sum light. The elevators were very small and a long wait for it to come. Thought we were going to get stuck on the elevator. We had non smoking room, the hallways smelled like smoke.
service was great. Location next to the trop
Not a bunch to be honest. Rude people
construction, no pool, poor choice for food, no available parking, paying twice a day for parking while a guest at hotel
Great location, a block away from Tropicana
Room was a bit small and dated
Dirty and outdated rooms Poor staff service
