Room toilet broke. Never fixed. Could not use bathroom in room.
The hallways lights a very poor, the elevator takes long to get come when you want to go down stairs, it doesn't look nothing like the picture it shows online and the enter to the hotel is beautiful until to get t the Annex side of the building
We enjoyed the location of the hotel and the comfort of the lobby as well as the restaurant on site.
The room at the Annex was unlike pictured. It was old and needed updating for the money. After seeing the lobby, spa, and restaurant the room was embarrassing to our guests. Our keys didn't work on several occasions and there were guests arguing and smoking weed outside of our room on several occasions during the weekend.
Outdated rooms, dirty
Bed was comfortable ..
No soap in bathroom ..remote control for tv had decomposed batteries ..like it has never been changed so it never worked..
I liked that I had a comforting room for the price I paid. I stayed one night and it did what it needed to do.
The annex did not look as nice as the other side of the hotel. It seemed a bit dingy.
The staff wasnt to helpful
The bed and the cleaniness of the hotel
The staff wasnt very helpful
How close it was to the boardwalk and the staff was polite and prompt
My cold water in the shower didn't work and we had to call someone up to the room 3:00 in the morning
Location was good
The refrigerator in one of our rooms was very noisy.
I reserved a room, didn't get what I reserved. So me and my wife where put in a room with two beds. When we were supposed to have suite.
There was easy access to the Tropicana without going to the boardwalk.
We felt like we were staying in a cheap motel.
Breakfast waiter was very nice and a excellent service, always on point
Front desk need some accounting lessons very unorganized, I work in hotel industry many years from front to back, staff needs training!
Nice decor in main building and Lobby but Annex was absolutely disgusting.
Annex room was like something out of a slum hotel. Super old and very dirty and smelled like a body died in that room the day before. Cannot believe they would actually allow those rooms to be occupied. Horrible!!!
We didn't stay. The room was dirty...visible dirt on the floor under the dresser; looked like some type of liquid had been thrown on the walls; It smelled of mildew. There wasn't a door to the closet...that isn't that big of a deal, but for the money the room was basically like staying in a 2-star hotel.
The location/proximity to the boardwalk and Trop. The price that i got on booking.com was very good.
Very outdated bathrooms, rusty fixtures and door moldings in bathroom. Noisy guessts coming at all hours (4 am) and making a lot of noise. The decor in the hallways (flashing red lights) was a bit seedy. Also, almost 2 days after a major snowfall (approx 10 inches) the sidewalks and the road in front were barely clear. Only one small strip to walk on the sidewalk was shovelled.
Atmosphere was amazing
The hotel was just a convenient location but nothing but issues. Had to call about a noise complaint as well as someone to fix our shower after they originally gave us the wrong room. But worst of all Im now in a battle with the Chelsea and my bank due to the fact that I was charged 3x for the deposit, twice for the room, & multiple random charges while I was there. $270 stay and my bank was held for $895!!! There went my weekend in ac considering the Chelsea put my whole spending account on hold. I will get this back or legal actions will be taken and never again will I be staying at the Chelsea. I promise you, paying the extra for another hotel is your best option.
The fact that they put over $1,000 in holds on my account for the weekend. So much formy money for my birthday in A.C.
My bathroom door was broke
Salt water pool and heated pool
There were bugs and the place looks like is falling apart.
Everything !! False advertisement at it's finest !!!! Never ever ever again Place was filthy and the pictures are very deceiving ... such a waste of money practically ruined our entire getaway
The beds were comfortable
The hotel hallways were disgusting. The bathroom was unpleasant.
the room was clean, bed was comfortable, not glamor here . But for the price and the location you really couldn't ask for more . Awesome night in AC worth the price
we were in the annex and it was like downtown AC bare necessities no glamour. You get what you pay for
Stayed for about $80 on a Saturday night, compared to upwards of $150 at the casino hotels.
