Bed was horrible Room smelled Hard to find your room, numbering is all screwy Small TV, old
Everything was very good from my check-in to the breakfast the next morning.
Location, clean rooms,
breakfast is very simple, limited options. not super cheap
Breaktfast is good and this place has the best internet speed I have ever experienced in a hotel.
At 1AM, when was vast asleep, the phone rang. It's a really loud phone exactly next to the bed and scared the hell out of me. The concierge asked me to 'turn down my television because I was bothering the neighbors'. I had no tv on and it was completely quiet in my room. I told this and... he didn't believe me! 'Well sir you room is the only one next to the one where I got a complaint from'. I think I should know if I have a television on or not, and I did NOT. Very weird, and very annoying as it took me a long time to get back to sleep. Awful experience.
The breakfast was good.
The "fitness facility" was a small room with about four machines and that's it. I was not able to get a proper workout. They should be more forthcoming with information about the room.
The location of this hotel was perfect for our stay. The staff was extremely courteous & helpful. The breakfast every morning was great, with a wonderful variety of items to choose from. The king size room was large, and the bed was very comfy. The fridge worked very well, and kept our items quite cold. The air conditioner worked really well, also. The price was right for what we needed, at a last minutes notice.
The carpet was somewhat outdated, and some areas were torn (in small spots), so needs to be replaced in the near future. Other than that, it's a great place to stay.
Great WiFi, large rooms, nice breakfast
Pleasant and quiet atmosphere of the hotel
I had a very quiet room on the 3rd floor in the back of the building. It was very clean and comfortable. It was also very roomy - I had a single king size bed and a desk and large chair in the corner, but there was plenty of space. I really enjoyed my stay there and will definitely stay there again!
Very good price.
It can be very hot in some of the halls and in the bedroom. You have to put the AC in max speed. Otherwise it was ok.
The hotel is overpriced (due to location). Facilities have been updated (this was previously a Holiday Inn) but still are old. Mustiness in the hallways, cleanliness left a bit to be desired, dark and dingy...etc.
The room was clean and roomy. I thought the Breakfast was better than most and it was different every day.
I thought the room was over priced for what it was.
Everything was clean and tidy and in good working order. Booked last minute and got a great rate!
The staffs were friendly and it was great not having to go out for breakfast. The breakfast was good, wish the time was longer.
Had a hard time finding the place as we are from out of town and didn't know one side of El Camino Real is Los Altos and the other side is Mountain View so if you are trying to fine the street number is very confusing.
Convenient location. Friendly staff
the rooms need updating. the curtains in my room were ripped. poor TV.
too expensive for what you get
Room was small
There were bugs in the bathroom and the walls were relatively thin...you could hear what nearby guests were doing. The room décor was a little out dated (no big deal) but the hotel hallways and room smelled musty and old.
I will stay at Aria Hotel for next coming mountai view.
