The staff in the hotel are friendly especially Micheal, he really attended to me very well and he was able to listen and helpful. The business center not in the hotel as listed on the hotel website.I needed to print out my boarding pass and some documents from my email but was unable to do that.
I don't like the fact that the business center not in the hotel as listed in the facilities on the hotel website. They had to change rooms for me 3 times cos the tv in the rooms don't have remote and the safe in the rooms not good.
Staff were friendly and Helpful
Access to nightlife decor
No variety on the complimentary adult channel
If u come to Vegas to party...this is the best place to stay
It looked like a fun, party atmosphere.
No ice machine or refrigerator. Took trash can to bartender 5 floors down to get ice for some beer. He wouldn't give us ice without the ice bucket. Found out after we got there that the restaurant is closed S,M,T and there are NO nearby places to eat. $22 for a cocktail and beer in the lounge. We were the only ones there. There is only one elevator and it is VERY slow. If there is ever a fire, you will die. The kicker was the pool. It was filthy, nasty and unusable. We went elsewhere. Front desk was very nice about it.
This place has a super sexy vibe. But on the weekends it turns into a major party place. Bring your earplugs and stay on the top floor if you want to get some sleep.
Rock n Roll Band played all night I didn't get any sleep, this information should have been provided at the time of my booking on the intranet, and I would have made resorations somewhere else.
The staff was friendly and represented the hospitality industry well. Very fast response to any request. Clean rooms, quirky art and quality toiletries.
The proximity to the freeway and small inconveniences like ice only available from the bar.
The Tented entrance and the cabana like feel to the Hotel and the small pool..... very cool feel.
It all changed when I got inside.......the Statues were bizarre.... and devilish. Well to be honest almost everything turned me off..... The vibe was too "S & M" for me. Way to DRUGGY, too BROTHEL like for me. The NUDE POOL............. Didn't like the ALL NIGHT PARTY..... THE FACT THE HOTEL IS DIFFICULT TO FIND, IT IS SURROUNDED BY A FREEWAY, NOISY!!!! The hallway carpets were disgustingly dirty and sticky, the paintings in the hotel were pealing with age and ripped by vandals, not at all like the web site showed. Everything was CASH only, nothing could be charge to your room.... weird. They sold condoms in a display case at the front desk with lube oils. Clearly I was at the wrong hotel and was freaking embarrassed I chose this hotel on the web from the name and some pictures and thought is might be a cute one night boutique hotel to stay at. I was creeped out the entire night I was there. This is a party hotel..... a cheater hotel, a disgusting hotel............. so many more good hotels in Vegas in better parts of Vegas for the price I paid.
The decor was great. You felt like you were on an adventure. The valet and free parking a real plus. Need a shuttle to the strip. The location from anything is too far to not offer shuttle service. I could of spent the taxi cost on a hotel on the strip.
I could not get breakfast. No coffee in the room, ok but having to go to the bar, and the bar tender having to run to the restaurants kitchen was aggravating. Coffee should be easy. And the pool was not heated! And there was no drink service at the pool.
I didn't like my stay in thus remote hotel.
I felt upset as soon as I entered this hotel. I felt like I was in a horror movie. It was a very dark hotel. There is nothing you can buy when you feel hungry. Thecrestaurant doesn't open till evening. The carpet is too smelly and dirty. Far from the real action. The hotel took usd150 deposit hopefully will be abIe to get it soon.
I loved that valet was included in resort fees. Every member of the staff that I spoke to for any reason was so nice -EVERY MEMBER ! Especially house keeping. The bartender gave us tons of free drinks, like way too many. Actually two different bartenders. Also the decor [specifically the lobby and 1st floor common rooms].
I'm not trying to destroy this hotel, but I was extremely disappointed. I was disappointed because I feel that I was mislead about what the niche of this hotel is. I chose this hotel because my sister is an art history buff, and we came to Vegas specifically for her birthday. The website for this hotel boasts an artistic culture that just doesn't exist. "Every room is inspired by a different artist"does not mean the same thing as all the rooms are exactly the same but with different paintings. besides that, all of our towels, ALL, had stains on the first day. The only place to get ice is from the bartenders in the first floor (if you're lucky, they're actually at the bar sometimes). We had probably one of the farthest rooms from the night club area on the fourth floor, yet our room bumped and vibrated along with the Cubano music on Wednesday until 4 in the morning, and then again Friday night along with 2 Chains and Rihanna until LITERALLY 8 AM. There were bugs in the bathroom. The closest places to eat were among frightening section 8 areas. Or you could dine at a buffet inside any number of strip clubs just a stone's through away from the Artisan's topless pool for fat girls. Over all, I'm just angry that I expected this fantastic intellectual jewel that my sister would love and remember. Instead we stayed at a place that should be known for being cheap that caters to the Bachelor party kind of crowd. It's not a bad hotel - just not what we came there for at all.
It wad a peaceful place
no fridge or coffee,
Fast friendly check in and out
The price . I'm a local I stayed one night, I think $150 was a little pricey. Locals should get some kind of a discount.
i got a last minute deal and the price is amazing, comparing to the room situation. Big room, comfortable, with night club on the G floor, but i did't hear any noise when stay in the room.
If you are about that party life... This is the best place to stay. #1 after hours spot in Las Vegas.
No hbo or showtime.
the art - away from strip
noise from adjacent highway
The basic room was clean like bathroom table tops and bed but all the detail work like carpet edges, base boards, frames, furniture has not been cleaned in a while, also there were small bugs that would come out of the bathtub and stay all over the tub. They only have food starting at 5pm and there is nothing around there at all so if you don't have a car you are out of luck for food of any kind.
Art work and design.
Location and no gaming
