The look of the rooms
clean, comfortable room with all the amenities
shower needed adjusting. hot and cold handles were difficult to turn
comfortable bed/pillows. pleasant staff. spacious room.
off the beaten path
I've had a better stay and experience at a Days Inn for half the price...
Noisy person right above us.
the price was very good. you can tell that the hotel used to be in poor condition but I have to give the management credit -- they have done excellent work rebranding the hotel. in a year or two I expect it will be perfect.
the hot water in our shower was too stiff to turn on. not a problem for me because it's easy enough to wash my hair in the sink but if I had just been to the beach...well. also there were some very talkative people outside on the balcony until about 2am
Right next to the highway. Too loud during the night.
My wife and searched for a place to stay in the Hamptons for a September wedding and found this to be the most reasonable available (at almost $300) per night. When we arrived we were horrified by the condition of this facility. Rust stains on the walls, disgusting furniture and mattress that I wouldn't let me dog sleep on. I know it's the Hamptons but this place should be charging $ 75.00 a night. We ended up driving 4 hours back home rather than sleep here.
There is nothing good I can say about this hotel
The staff is really nice. The bed was comfortable. The room was big and got a view to the pool.
It is far away from town. The rug was a little bit sketchy.
first room i stayed in was nice, nice pool, easy location
broken a/c, 2am room switch, no compensation for getting put into a smaller room, leaky faucet
If your expectations don't get the better of you, you'll find the Atlantic to be perfectly okay. It's not a luxury resort. It's (for Southampton) a bargain place to stay.
not much really
rooms bed bath towels tv channels option breakfast .. a joke!!
staff was very friendly let us know about surrounding area such as restaurants places to visit.
Totally outdated, lack of staff, rooms with broken furniture….don't even think about it,
The pool was heated. Easy to find location.
Rugs in room were filthy at best. Furniture/ desk top had cigarette burns. Cushions by pool were covered in stains. Towels were thin, tiny and like burlap. More of a hotel for frat parties and teenagers. Not a place for families, i cringed to see my children barefoot anywhere on this property.
Room was very large,, staff was good,, pool was clean and nice.
Room needs a renovation. Paint peeling on door, wall, bathroom ceiling.. Carpet needs to b ripped out,,& replaced w tile or hard wood, sheets on bed not too great,, and towels r pitiful!! More like paper thin rags! Set up of room is odd,, bed on an angle in middle of room w tv so far away u need binoculars!! People above us were either gorillas,, bowling,, or the floor is paper thin,, because every nite at 1 am. There was awful loud banging waking us up! We called the front desk the last nite,, and they immediatley addressed the situation w the people. 1 pther oddity w the room,, the chair & sofa r covered w sheets.
Friendly helpful stuff, incredibly knowledgeable and tolarent .
clean and spacious room, lots of room to move around, decent choice for breakfast which was included.
pool area + spacious room, comfortable beds
share butter, jam +milk containers with other guests and their small kids having their hands and mouths too close to these items for my liking, a little more hygiene would be appropriate in our day and age, e.g. individual butters + jams rather than the large jar with no real utensil to use other than a short plastic spoon our door was falling apart
Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were comfortable and larger than basic hotel rooms. Rooms were "tired" and older but clean and perfect for a quick overnight stay. Location was close enough to everything considering the price. I would stay there again
No complaints considering the price and location. Outdated bath and furniture but affordable
I found a room
No plugs to charge your phone or laptop
Location and friendliness. Nice property.
A few broken things (minor) in the room. A very leaky faucet in the tub, and a valve that would not regulate well.
The room was loud because of trafgic
Bathroom needs desperate repairs and the thick carpets in the room are anything but hygenic. BF is very poor.
