You have a nice looking hotel however looks can be deceiving I was told that I would have the room king suite for 2 nights at 158.00 taxes included when I booked the room nearly three weeks in advance at time of arrival I was then told that no I cant get it at that price its now 115.00 a night for a grand total of 252.00 a long shot from 158 . Well mistakes can happen I went ahead and stayed one night of the 2 when I get to the room it was not anything like I was showed on the internet as a king suit not this luxurious room. How ever it was a bed and it did have 2 pillows so well it worked . Just wish I would have known in advance that it was not what it was advertised to be I would of stayed some where else with my soon to be wife.

The bed was cute, but the hotel had a musky sent to it. Needs some brighter paint and remove the stains from the carpet in the hallway. I will not stay here again

My mom is a creature of habit, so since we stayed their for our family reunion in July 2010, she preferred to stay their again. I prefer Choice hotels. I do, however, like the drive-up handicapped parking with the rear-door access. The carpet was torn and smelled damp (Rm 124). The handicapped restroom had railings that were loose and the seat needs to be five inches higher (an elevated seat can be purchased for under $25). The table and chairs were placed next to the bed right by the rear door. I had to move it to the wide open space so my mom's wheelchair could fit. Only two rooms seem safe (122 and 124). My reservation was not received for my 9/4/2011 stay although the 9/10/2011 was. Very disappointed.

The only thing that was good was the location of the hotel ! This was the worst hotel my husband and I have ever stayed in we would have had A better rest at Motel 6 ! The room was not clean tolite was broke * my husband fixed it * and right outside our window was a indoor swimming pool and there was a childs birthday party going on so all we heard was about 26 kids yelling marco polo untill 11 pm and then we thought that it was over and we could get some sleep but no there was a bar down stairs from our room playing live music untill 2 am so needless to say we got about 4 hours of sleep it was horrible !

We stay at The Biltmore every year in January for the heritage sale and it has always been in our Sale Catalog from The Heritage as one of the hotels to stay in. We like the location, the rooms are comfortable for an older hotel. Alot of our friends stay here along with us. The breakfast being in the Hotel is convenient before starting our day. I can only say this about 2012, the front desk staff.

The location was great for us. The staff was great, nice and helpful. Service was good. Rooms were as clean as the could be. The hotel itself is rough, it shows of age and ware. A update on the rooms might go a long way.

Honestly I can't say that I liked anything about the Biltmore Hotel! It needs a face lift and to ba updated badly! The whole reason for my stay was to be ample to slender time with my girls and swim and relax. Couldn't swim because heater on the indoor pool was broke. We the. Thought we would relax in the hot tub and found it to be broken as well and it was to hot to get into. The door to the outside in our hotel room wouldn't shut all the way and the coffee lot in our room was broken. The tv also didn't work well and there was constant interference. To top it all off check out isn't until 11:30 am but at 8:30 am housekeeping began knocking on our door to come in and clean. Definitly will not recommend this hotel to anyone nor will I EVER stay there again.

Good value for the money I didn't like the fact that your included breakfast was the same every single day I was there, and I was there for 10 days. All you needed to do was to change even just one item per day and it would have been tolerable. My daughter and I got so sick of the same breakfast after about 5 days that we started eating breakfast elsewhere, even though we had already paid for your breakfast. The other thing is that even though I booked online and received a written confirmation of the dates of my stay, when I called a few days before to confirm, you had me written down as coming one day earlier than my reservation.

Needs major updates. Looks good on the outside but rooms are in need of refreshing. The walls surounding the bathtub were cracked and looked like mold growing on them. Was supposed to stay two nights but only stayed one due to condition of room.

The hotel offered restaurants and clubs located right there. My husband and I enjoyed the convenience. It took a very long time to check in. One person worked the front desk and there was a very long line of people waiting to check in. It took over an hour of standing in line to check in.

I was very disappointed! There was no crib per my request and we were told none left. Bathroom had dead bugs on the floor, water on the counter with hair everywhere. No towels. No lock from inside so my toddler was able to get out. Had to have an adult sleep on the floor in front of the door since there was no security. No ice buckets available, per hotel staff. No compensation for our horrible stay. Oh and there was a meeting going on in the room where the indoor pool was located. We had to be quiet the whole time. It was not a relaxing time at all!!! Will never stay there again!!!!

Location of the Festival I attended. Hotel did not honor the breakfast I paid for through Booking .com. Desk staff (manager) were unfriendly/hostile. After 15 min of haggling I got my breakfast. Room had poor cooling hi stage of cooler was broken. Led on smoke detector flashing so bright it was hard to sleep. Breakfast was poor at best buffet eggs had bad taste. I will not stay there again. Am making my stay known to all my friends, colleagues and associates.

Very convienent and a good price. We've been at the Biltmore several times, over the years, things are starting to show age. I think there needs to be a little more attention to upkeep.

I did not like not having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. I did not like having to walk outside to go to the indoor pool when it was cold outside. I didn't like the paint peeling off the walls in the bathroom.
