The suite was nice sized and had 2 private balconies. The grounds were beautiful and well cared for. Laid back atmosphere.

The staff was unfriendly. For $300 we got a coffee maker in the room with no coffee. Coffee was served "at the Tiki Bar" with powdered milk and was empty before 10:00. The wall airconditioner was old rusty and noisy in the bedroom.the livingroom unit was much newer, quieter and effective. THey charged me $20 to park ( which I did not expect not written anywhere in your reservation) on a gravel "lot" far away from where our suite was located. Worst bang for the buck I had ever had.

The pool was great - right outside our door. Parking location was very handy. Great location, just off Duval and only a couple blocks from the shore. Finding a large set of false eye-lashes on the hair dryer. Very poor internet reception. Did not have a full set of sheets for the pull-out couch, only one sheet and blanket. Used the bedspread from the bed as the fitted sheet on the pull-out. Too many deposits for everything - keys, parking pass, pool towels. Do people really take that many? It was pretty tight for 4 people.

Wow where to start. Above what I expected got room 401 by the banyan tree was soo nice sitting on the porch. The gentleman who checked us in was Extremely Nice, helpful. I will def stay there again!!!! I didnt get much time to look around so I would say from what I saw nothing was wrong..

La ubicación es perfecta , a una cuadra de la calle principal Duval. Histórico sitio " The Cosgrove House" , casas de 2 pisos esparcidas por el terreno. Magníficos arboles Banyan en medio de los jardines. Espléndido lugar. Las habitaciones pudieran ser con 2 camas dobles., o no me tocaron.

Bel établissement dans la forêt ,qui est en vérité un condominium donc beaucoup de résident vacance ou retraité.Super emplacement au centre de Key West mieux c'est pas possible Pas vraiment un hôtel accueil limite, le bassin plus que piscine à voir la clareté de l'eau n'est pas engageante

最初に通された部屋は道路沿いでしたので中庭に面した部屋に変えてくれるようにお願いしたところ快く受けて- 貰えました。 また、美味しいレストランを紹介してもらい楽しい夕食が出来ました。 中庭にはプールもあり、時間がある人にはのんびりできて良いとおもいます。 私たちは、中庭に設置せれているバーベキューセットでバーベキューを楽しみました。本格的なセットでしたの- でステーキが美味しく焼けました。

Det var en fantastisk vacker och grön trädgård med fin familjepool. Närheten till liv och rörelse på Duval St samt gångavstånd till park och bad och hamn var fantastiskt. Tror att det fanns bättre lägen på rum än vårt som var precis vid en gata med mycket morgonaktivitet. Kändes som vi störde då vi badadefast vi har barn (11 och 9 år) som är väldigt väluppfostrade.

The location, the grounds, the unit we stayed in was very nice, staff were friendly Noisy-staff working on grounds in the morning. I was having a coffee on the back porch one morning and one of the staff were cleaning the unit back porch beside me. He was spraying ackeaning chemical that came right across to me. The product was making me cough and i had to go inside. It would have been nice if he realuzed that timing is everything, and he shoild have come back. It seems to me that there is alot to do and planning the jobs around guests woud be good.

Sa situation dans le centre de key West.Tres bon accueil. Belle décoration .Vegetation magnifique et maison aussi.Calme. Le parking payant,pourrait être compris dans le prix. Les draps n étaient pas mis dans le canapé.
