The Banyan Resort  

What a delightful place to stay! This was our first trip to Key West, and we loved the perfect location, close to all attractions yet with a feeling of private isolation. All staff were friendly yet unobtrusive, the whole place felt like a private paradise just steps from great restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. We will definitely return.

Some of the wicker furniture is showing signs of a bit too much age, but that was no big deal.

I found the accomodations very pleasant from the the size of of our rooms to the quality of the towels I loved the the balcony porch to have my coffee and late night glass of wine very private and the staff was top notch however I was not crazy about the parking situation

Gentelmen: The only negative comment that i have,is the Cigarr Smell we found in the room; this tipe of odor is more than desagreable.I think you shoud check the rooms before you rent it. The rest it is Ok

Det var en fantastisk vacker och grön trädgård med fin familjepool. Närheten till liv och rörelse på Duval St samt gångavstånd till park och bad och hamn var fantastiskt.

Tror att det fanns bättre lägen på rum än vårt som var precis vid en gata med mycket morgonaktivitet. Kändes som vi störde då vi badadefast vi har barn (11 och 9 år) som är väldigt väluppfostrade.

De goede ligging ten op zichte van de diverse bezienswaardigheden. De koloniale uitstraling van de het hotel.

De hoge prijs van de studio en de ontbijtservice van het hotel. Het ontbijt moet telefonisch besteld worden en wordt dan in papieren zakken bezorgd.

The location to Duval St and Mallory Square is excellent. The room was clean. The cleaning staff was excellent. Pool was very nice.

TV's could be updated and the carpeting. Parking was an extr charge a day. The room we had was a bit noisy--roosters started crowing at 4 am--this we got used to. However truck traffic was also very noisy.

La posizione è ottima. L'albergo si trova in una via parallela a Duval, che è la principale via di attrazione della città. Inoltre è anche vicino alla spiaggia più carina dell'isola, raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi. La struttura alberghiera consiste in diversi alloggi/ casette che riflettono le tipiche abitazioni del Key West e dentro sono carine e ben curate.

Il bar - all'aperto - è veramente molto piccolo. E' praticamente impossibile fare colazione in albergo a meno che non la si richieda in camera. Anche le due piscine sono molto piccole e poco fruibili. Non esiste un parcheggio sufficiente per tutti gli ospiti così che diventa impossibile parcheggiare la macchina. Come extra costo ho dovuto pagare il consumo giornaliero di energia elettrica!!
