The rooms were excellent and clean. The staff more than willing to help you. Nice to see smiles on faces of your staff. Marianne Wofford Victoria, Texas

The hotel is configured in a confusing way to and from room to dinning.

Food needs a lot of improvement, chefs are a real dissapointment for this class of hotel.

The staff was helpful when needed. The Gentleman wno delivered our room service was very nice.

Where to start. The restrooms at the pool were rundown and dirty. The food was ridiculously expensive and with no options within walking distance you have no choice but to pay the price. Absolutely no noise insulation. Voices in the hall and doors slamming shut 24 hours per day. I was charged for two movies but only rented one and was charged double at the coffee shop. I did not dispute the charges as I was exhausted by the experience and did not have the energy. Worst "resort" experience I have ever had all to the tune of $750.00 for TWO nights.

They had everything there. We were allowed to check in early so we parked and didn't leave until check out.

It is easy to get lost at the resort. They need a map app or better signage. We also go lost on the nature trail.

Beautiful grounds, well kept, blends into natural scenery

Facilities (pool, spa, mini-golf) all closed too early in the evening

Staying in the beautiful Owners club villa

The two nights we stayed in the hotel. Noise from the AC located under our window was deafening. Hotel in need of sprucing up.

We have stayed several times and enjoy the setting, the rooms and the facility in general. We selected this venue because of its proximity to the areas we need to go to.

Staff failed to mention the free parking close to our room. The inconvenience of walking a distance to our room and having to pay $25/day for valet parking was inconvenient. When we come again (and we will) we will ask for rooms near the spa and take advantage of the free parking. The other issue is that the breakfast buffet was not all that great and we will go elsewhere for breakfast in the future. Overall I would recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and overall setting of the facility.
