Die Lage des Hotels war super. Die 5th Ave leicht zu erreichen.

Zustand von Zimmer und Flur sind nicht angemessen für ein Hotel in der Kategorie. Dreckiger Teppich, kleine Badezimmer, Bezug von Duvet war nicht vorhanden und musste 2 mal nachgefragt werden. Frühstückpreise sind überrissen (Toast und Joghurt für 30 $) echt nicht angemessen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Bedienung war freundlich. Wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt. Das Zimmer hatte eine stattliche Grösse. Die Einrichtung war zwar ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber zweckmässig. Alles war sauber. Unsere Wünsche wurden prompt erfüllte. Die Consièrgin hat uns alle Fragen super beantwortet und Buchungen für uns durchgeführt. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden und würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Die Einrichtung ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.

Sehr gut gelegen inmitten von NewYork und ganz in der Nähe des Central Parkes.

It was an exceptional hotel. It was small but very clean and nice inside. The staff was great. They were very responsive- excellent service. A little noisy because of Lexington avenue.

good plance to stay if you need no pampering, seemed understaffed and service was very marginal if we needed anythin,. Nice bed, good palce to sleep.. tdp

Poor views from roomI had a suite next to lift shaft so could hear lift all night long or early morning

One of the two elevators was broken during our entire stay, a major inconvenience

The room was nice and clean, had everything I needed including an internet connection. The location was ideal for my purposes.

The menu in the restaurant is very limited

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, from the doorman to housekeeping. The hotel was very clean and a bit of a hidden secret. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We would definately return to this hotel in the future.

Need full size coffee pots in the room. One cuppers are not good for people who enjoy relaxing in the morning in thier room.

We took the one-room suite. The suite looked like a run down appartment. We left four days early to relocate to another hotel.

The size of the room was excelent for New York, very clean, lovely bed..best sleep in ages. Curtious helpfull staff. Excellent facilites in room, printer/fax etc, work desk. Both my son and I were celebrating our birthdays during our stay, I happened to mention this at check in and when we returned to our room that night we had a lovely birthday cake waiting..very classy..Thank you.

For the price complemtary wi-fi would have been nice. I had booked for 2 nights April 7 through 9'th but was informed the booking on the hotel system was april 17 through 19'th. Very embarrasing considering I was there with my 13 year old son, my confirmation sent by you showed April 7 through 9'th! They did fit us in but how did this happen???

I've stayed at this hotel about 5 times. I like many aspects of the hotel. The staff, the pillow choices, the comfy beds, and the location.

This time we stayed on the 16th floor. Incredibly, the noises from the street were so load that it interupted our sleep many times during the night.
