The concierge was very helpful getting my airline check-in done with a change of seat assignment. staff is very friendly and helpful. Price seems a bit high. I usually stay at The Benjamin when in NYC, but don't seem to get any price breaks.

I always liked The Benjamin, if you get the one bedroom suite you have a cute little apartment with a kitchenette, the bed is comfy and corner units have more windows. The Benjamin needs to be updated, the rooms show sign of wear and tear. The cleanliness needs to be improved. I was disappointed in those two issues.

hotel is very good located to see the most important places in New York (5th Avenue, Central Park, Empire State Building). It's very close to subway. It's available a lot of cafe bars, delhi shops when you can eat, bakeries. Very nice staff, very clean.I is better to take the breakfast out of hotel. I recommend this hotel. too noisy airconditioning and fridge in the room. There is no view from the room ( floor 14th)

great location walking distance to subway, 5th av, times square. Very comfortable bed and clean room. The only slightly disappointing access was housekeeping. we had requested that the sofa bed be made up for the night and it wasnt and the last night we ran out of toliet paper.

I loved the touches in the washroom, including the crystal glasses and the gels lined up on the shower wall, and liked having a bathrobe available. I really liked the spacious feel of the room. Staff made me feel like a VIP. There was no real cream for the coffee, just Coffeemate. In light of the price, I think the hotel should spring for real dairy products. City itself was grimier and more congested than I remember it. Price for room was high but not out of ordinary for midtown NY hotel, but prices generally in the city are outrageously high.

Plenty of space in the one bedroom queen suite, very comfortable. 25th floor feels like a small, intimate apartment building. Location is superb. Cold weekend in NYC without heat in the room; staff was very accommodating with space heaters. Lobby is miniscule; not a place to spend time.

We had a wonderful time thanks to the personnel: very helpful, kind and accomodating...the restaurant is exquisite and the food excellent. The location is safe and close to all stores, restaurants . Our stay was definitly too short. Booking.com didnt make the good room reservatiob, but Rich gave us a good compensation to make our stay more pleasant.

Front door & front desk staff were VERY friendly and helpful I was able to check in early after flying a red eye Room was a bit worn (TV didn't work and needed to be fiddled with, some of the furniture had scuff marks). Not a big deal in the scheme of it all.

second room was quite spacious and nice with reservations noted. Liked the availability of papers. 1st room had tiny yard high closet and no safe. Switched us to room with kitchenette. Refig did not work. Tub was very slippery and dangerous, lawsuit waiting to happen. Rm 908. Ridiculously priced stuff to sell.

Welcoming and classy lobby, confortable and spacy room, very good bar and restaurant and very attentive staff. -Lack of an additional semi tranparent curtain in the room windows affording privacy from outside viewers and light at the same time. Now no choice: either blinds closed, no view out or blinds open and the world looks in - Very poor internet connection

The staff was very attentive to requests. Received upgrade to terrace suite which was great for a week long stay. The door to the spa/exercise room was not properly closed. Anyone could of walked in without using a card key.
