L'appartement et l'emplacement

Il ne s'agit pas d'un hotel mais plus d'une résidence de location d'appartement avec quelques services hotelier. Les tarifs du petit dejeuner ou deu téléphone sont prohibitifs. En aucun cas les 5 etoiles sont justifiées

Situation et proximité des lieux. Très bon rapport qualité prix

Qu'on prétende qu'il y a un stationnement et qu'en vérité c'est un service de valet qui emmène notre véhicule 7 rues plus loin. On devrait l'inscrire sur le web. Les chambres(guest room) sont un peu petites mais acceuiilantes.

Chambre Queen très spatieuse et confortable. hotel très calme, idéal pour se reposer après une journée de découverte de la ville.

emplacement un peu loin du centre "Times Square", prévoire 25 minutes de marche. la nuit il faut rentrer en taxi puisque les rues sont désertées. Personnel peu chalereux.

One of the two elevators was broken during our entire stay, a major inconvenience

The room was nice and clean, had everything I needed including an internet connection. The location was ideal for my purposes.

The menu in the restaurant is very limited

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, from the doorman to housekeeping. The hotel was very clean and a bit of a hidden secret. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We would definately return to this hotel in the future.

Need full size coffee pots in the room. One cuppers are not good for people who enjoy relaxing in the morning in thier room.

We took the one-room suite. The suite looked like a run down appartment. We left four days early to relocate to another hotel.

The size of the room was excelent for New York, very clean, lovely bed..best sleep in ages. Curtious helpfull staff. Excellent facilites in room, printer/fax etc, work desk. Both my son and I were celebrating our birthdays during our stay, I happened to mention this at check in and when we returned to our room that night we had a lovely birthday cake waiting..very classy..Thank you.

For the price complemtary wi-fi would have been nice. I had booked for 2 nights April 7 through 9'th but was informed the booking on the hotel system was april 17 through 19'th. Very embarrasing considering I was there with my 13 year old son, my confirmation sent by you showed April 7 through 9'th! They did fit us in but how did this happen???

I've stayed at this hotel about 5 times. I like many aspects of the hotel. The staff, the pillow choices, the comfy beds, and the location.

This time we stayed on the 16th floor. Incredibly, the noises from the street were so load that it interupted our sleep many times during the night.

1.sanMartin mini bar over priced i.e., drinking water at cvs is only $ 1.5 vs $ 7.0 2,warning about a nearby restaurant: San Martin on 49th : a cockroach on the dining table could not be "removed" for 10 min. towards the end of our diner; we did not panic but were surprised to have been charged the full order though we could not finish our plates....hard to imagine the hygiene in the kitchen ! !...
