posizione Mancanza wireless o cmq collegamento internet gratuito ( a 400$ a notte dovrebbe essere il minimo!!!)Inoltre passi l'applicazione delle tasse ma una prenotazione effettuata a 1350 dollari non può all'atto del pagamento essere gravata di 300 $ di tasse in questo modo i prezzi non sono veritieri e poco fanno rendere conto all'utente di cosa sta realmente acquistando. |

La posizione all'angolo tra la 50esima e la Lexinton era strategica. Il personale di una gentilezza infinita, pulizia accurata della stanza (per altro molto bella e luminosa), il letto veniva rifatto anche durante le ore serali se vi era necessità. il letto a due piazze e mezzo!? Superlativo! The best bed... |

Indubbiamente l'ottima posizione, il buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, i comfort della stanza e..la scelta tra tutti i possibili tipi di cuscini!! Forse l'unica pecca è stata l'assenza di vista dalla camera (finestra sul retro dell'hotel) |

The Benjamin was very convenient to all points of the city. The heat was not turned on and it got really cold. There should have been some sort of adjustment or something on the bill. My entire family was under many blankets that night and taking a shower was cold! |

The hotel was very central and easily accessible to all the amenities in midtown Manhatten. It was right near a Metro station which meant that travel was easy and available to all areas of Manhatten. There were many afordable bars and restaurants nearby. One elevator was temporarily out of order during our stay which was mildly inconvenient. |

the hotel was great but there something bother me at the hotel, the housekeeping inter your room while you sleeping and I couldn't find the hang sign that says do no disturb, you have to ask for it, the street noise, and if you use more than the half of the shampoo they don't get a new one for you, you have to ask for it. |

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, from the doorman to housekeeping. The hotel was very clean and a bit of a hidden secret. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We would definately return to this hotel in the future. Need full size coffee pots in the room. One cuppers are not good for people who enjoy relaxing in the morning in thier room. |

The size of the room was excelent for New York, very clean, lovely bed..best sleep in ages. Curtious helpfull staff. Excellent facilites in room, printer/fax etc, work desk. Both my son and I were celebrating our birthdays during our stay, I happened to mention this at check in and when we returned to our room that night we had a lovely birthday cake waiting..very classy..Thank you. For the price complemtary wi-fi would have been nice. I had booked for 2 nights April 7 through 9'th but was informed the booking on the hotel system was april 17 through 19'th. Very embarrasing considering I was there with my 13 year old son, my confirmation sent by you showed April 7 through 9'th! They did fit us in but how did this happen??? |

I've stayed at this hotel about 5 times. I like many aspects of the hotel. The staff, the pillow choices, the comfy beds, and the location. This time we stayed on the 16th floor. Incredibly, the noises from the street were so load that it interupted our sleep many times during the night. |

location and staff icnluding door-man 1.sanMartin mini bar over priced i.e., drinking water at cvs is only $ 1.5 vs $ 7.0 2,warning about a nearby restaurant: San Martin on 49th : a cockroach on the dining table could not be "removed" for 10 min. towards the end of our diner; we did not panic but were surprised to have been charged the full order though we could not finish our plates....hard to imagine the hygiene in the kitchen ! !... |
