Staff are friendly. The hotel shuttle is a must, it runs every 1 hour (peak hours every 30min) from 7a.M. to 10 P.M. The room was fairly clean and aircon worked fine. Breakfast not too fancy but good enough. Does not have lift, it might be difficult to carry the luggage to the 2nd level. If the shuttles run more frequently and till later at nights that would be a bonus!

I thought the room was clean. I liked the idea of a 2nd sink in the room (would have been ideal if I had my family). The bed was comfortable. Clutter in the walk areas passing through the room blocks (where the vending machines are for each level). Assumed renovation of rooms was being scheduled, so perhaps not a long term issue. Wouldn't have noticed this if we weren't required to walk over to the Comfort Inn for breakfast.

Shuttle to reach Pentagon City Metro was very Convenient. Restaurant nearby in Comfort Inn (family food) Good wireless connection Breakfast included ( good value) Old room which should need some renovation to make them clear and bright.

The location was great for day trips into Washington D.C., meals in Virginia and escaping to the surrounding area. The cleaning staff was pleasant and helpful. We reported a noise issue with our A/C unit the second day of our stay. It was not addressed the six nights we stayed, so we did without on some uncomfortably hot nights. The ice machine in our bank of rooms did not work. Maintenance is generally lacking.

The facility is ok, they have trasportation to the main Shopping Center and Subway Station in Pentagon City, which connects you with Washington downtown. This is a good advantage. It's a good choice to enjoy Washington and Virginia at the same time. Receptionists are not nice.

I didn't have a good axperience at all. I requested a new alaundered pillow case coz the one we had looked like didn't get changed at all from the previous guest, the lady in the phone said she was going to send fresh pillow cases we waited and waited till 11:00 until we got really really tired and just forgot about the idea. We slept without pillow coz we just could'nt take the dirty pillowcases.i had a glimpse of the pentagon on the way to the hotel ..that's the only good thing about our stay! Dirty environment,unfriendly staff,loud party going on last march 24th.

Shuttle and breakfast Nothing in walking distance of hotel. Sink and tub would not drain, hair found in bathroom was nasty. Plugs/outlets were mostly broke. Tv was really old and limited channels. Found mice bait trap behind dresser - freaked my wife out. Not a pleasant stay. Tried to focus on trip and not worry about room but finding the mouse trap on the last night was not cool. Would never stay in a Best Western again. Tried a couple of times and just didnt work for us.

The location and price. We had to move from our assigned room because water from a leak was seeping into the room and soaking the carpet. The management did move us into another equal room. No refund was given for the inconvenience, however.

I booked at this hotel because it was close to Reagan Airport and advertised free shuttle to the airport and I needed to leave early. However, I was not happy that the shuttle service did not start until later in the morning and I had to pay for taxi service after all. I did not feel safe her and the noise level was very high. I definitely would not book here again. I did not like that free shuttle service was advertised (that was why I chose this hotel) but I still had to pay for a taxi to the airport.

The hotel staff and shuttle drivers were great. The shuttle schedule was not the same as told to us by bookings.com. Leaking toilet. When booking,we asked if there was construction going on and was told no,but when we arrived there was a sign saying renovations were in progress and to please excuse the inconveniance.after this I have no faith in best western.
