Nothing freezing cold room. No heat at all. Tiny tv that you needed binoculars to see it. No wifi and we had work to do. So we check out and went to comfort inn next door fabulous they had it all. Will never stay at your hotel in this location ever again. Wife had a recent transplant and the conditions of your hotel where horrendous for her comfort Feral short
The staff was super. They were helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. The food was good and the van drivers were egualy good. I for sure will come back.
snow removal was not so good
Noise from AC unit
The hotel is a good place for romantic date!!!
WiFi did not work. Breakfast was poor
Didn't have our reservation on file but still got q room
Location is great, Breakfast is not bad.
1- Front desk youngmen are "not" friendly. 2- the heater in our room was so weak, you will not get the temps into the room above 70 degrees. 3- No WiFi if you are 2 or 3 rooms away from the main office. 4- Definitly not for a family. I would drive few more miles and get a better deal for same money.
I like breakfast because it was Iinclide in the rate
Room not clean very noise people was smoking when sign said it a non smoking place
Good location proximity to Reagan Airport.
The motel was dingy run-down, and the officer in the lobby and the 2 police cruisers in the parking lot didn't help.
Shuttle service to airport and Metro; free breakfast, clean, comfortable, good-sized rooms; and reasonable rates make this an excellent choice for the traveler who wants to save a little money by staying out of DC's center.
If you stay here without a car, you need to pay attention to the shuttle schedule, but that is a minor inconvenience. Just a treminder to thiose who do stay--tip your drivers, breakfast and room staff well Share some of what you are saving with the backbone support staff--they deserve it.
There was a very large roach in one of our four rooms. Also, the bathrooms in each room are in terrible need of updating. The wallpaper is coming off the walls, paint is peeling, bathtub is peeling, and bathtubs do not drain properly. One room only came with two towels. We called room service for extra towels and wash cloths. The worker had no idea where to get wash cloths and stated the maid service had all gone home. The lack of knowledge was awful.
Good location and helpful staff. Breakfast was great and the room was stocked well.
Facility was in need of an update. Rooms looked old and worn. The carpet looked good, but the rest by was in need of updating.
ants in my room, frig stopped working, a/c stayed on instead of the heat and my stay was in the winter. I became ill right after my stay with Bronchitis.
Spacious rooms, free breakfast, shuttle to metro, helpful staff.
Wifi connection was not stable sometimes.
Staff was amazing!close to airport and convenient parking on site.
We left too early (5 am) for shuttle to airport and breakfast. We arrived back too late for shuttle from airport. Parking is free while you stay but not during your trip. Plan extra expenses.
The location is very convenient to DC.
1. We stayed in January so the weather is very cold. The room is cold and the heat is not hot enough and only could be set at 85 degree, can't higher. 2. There's only one thin blanket on the bed. We asked the front dest to give us more blanket, they said no and only gave us 4 small towels. Major rooms are empty but the staff reject to give us one more blanket. 3. The shuttle can't pick up people on time. We stand in frozen dark night for more than 30 minutes and the shuttle was late 30 minutes. The next day we got a fever. 4. It's worst BestWestern hotel I lived.
price, cleanliness and comfort as well as location
Good price for dc stay
I liked staying to the hotel nearby Metro Station, I remember used ART 84 to Pentagon City as well as ART 87 to Pentagon. It was so friendly place however didn't remember to sign for my rewards.
Security systems is not very good due to the fact that guests rooms are not protected very well. Also availability of porters, I remember we had to carry our big bags at least to have a trolley to carry bags.
The location of the hotel to Pentagon city shopping mall and the provision of a free shuttle bus.
The wifi in my room did not work at all. Always had to go to the hotel lobby before it works.
Room was VERY well used, and needed remodel badly.
The shuttle service to the metro is awesome. Free parking is great.
Bus loads of students rolled in one night around 9 pm. They finally settled down about 11. The pickup when getting off the Metro at Pearl City is problematic. We usually had to taxi cab back to Best Western. You cannot walk as you need to get on the expressway.
Staff was great...upgraded us ..made sure we had a ride to and from the metro promptly.
Leaving at the end of our stay
A series of unfortunate events marred our stay, making it the most memorable hotel from six months of travelling but not in a good way. We were checked into a room that was only recently vacated and it was quite a mess with food on the floor towels everywhere etc, but then quickly shifted to a room down the hall that was clean however room keys did not work and nor did the wifi. We went down to reception and it was sorted out in under 10mins. On our second day we went out sightseeing and returned to be locked out of our room. When we went to reception we were told we couldn't access our room as someone else had been checked into it. As all our belongings were still in the room we were less than impressed. Upon re-entering, the wifi was down again and the phone in the room was not working. This made yet another trip downstairs and outside to the reception building necessary. It rained heavily for the duration of our stay which did not make the trek to reception any more enjoyable. For the most part the staff were very unhelpful however one girl at reception was always very apologetic and tried her best to get things running smoothly. Despite her help this was overall the worst hotel experience myself and my friend have ever endured. We were heartily dissatisfied. We must have gotten very unlucky I'm sure not everyone has an experience like this at that hotel.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nothing extraordinary, but it was alright.
Location was a bit out of the way from the major sites. It is called "Best Western Pentagon", but it is nowhere near the Pentagon. Don't let the name fool you. There is another Best Western that is much closer.
