Room was ok

Executive lounge food very poor No good breakfast anywhere

Decent. Stayed here many times over the last decade.

Hasnt been updated in a long time. A little tired.

It was convenient - quiet - the bed was comfortable.

The shower curtains - sometimes with the floor so shiney - I couldn't tell if I dripped water on the floor or not.

The cost and convenience of the location.

The staff messed up on my reservation when I checked in however they corrected it immediately. Didn't care too much for the smell once you got to the hallways. It had a doctors office smell not a fresh smell.

Good value for money, including shuttle to and from the airport. The quality of the bed and bedding was great.

I have stayed at the Beverly Heritage numerous times during the past 15 years. It is now getting a bit shabby. Lots of nicks in the furniture, no more breakfast in the special business section. Also, there was an internet outage that lasted our entire stay.

lobby was modern and smart-looking.

Room was older than lobby. Glasses were not wrapped and had yellow=brown stains in them (we discovered AFTER we drank water from them)! Yech.

ever clean

stay on main floor, but we could hear the foot step from the floor above us. for some reason that person was walking back & forth all nite. and it was hard to get sleep.

Brackfast of primerely omlet (which was good, BTW), beacon and potato and dry food with milk. No porridge.

Large room. Quiet rooms, no trafic noise (which you often have in Silicon Valley). Friendly staff. Christmas tree.

The coffee machine was placed in the bathroom. There were several better places to put elsewhere in the room.

The Staff was knowlegable and efficient. The rates were affordable. The amenities were more than adequate. The rooms were clean and everything functioned properly.

The breakfast (included in our package) was very good- omelets made to order, plus bacon, potatoes, fresh fruit and breads. The restaurant staff was very attentive. In addition, the spa was nice once it was cleaned. Also, they have a shuttle that will drive anywhere within a five- mile radius for shopping, restaurants, etc.

The hotel is very tired. The carpet in our room was stained and frayed around the edges.The lamp shades were tattered and stained, and the old acoustic ceiling coating had been damaged and repaired so many times it looked patchwork. The bathroom has been caulked so many times that the caulk lines are over 1/2 inch thick in spots. Combined with the trapped dirt and old mildew stains around the edges make the fixtures look old. The bathroom sink was damaged and appeared dirty, and the tile grout on the shower was not clean. The hallway leading to our room was hot and stuffy, and the window overlooking the garden area was very dirty. The night we arrived we used the hot tub. It was gross- lotion, dead skin and dirt floating in the spa. We complained and they did clean it for the next day.

The location The beds were great! Everyone was friendly

Breakfast was not included It is a little older hotel

Good bed, Good sofa, Big room, Helpful staff.

No fridge, No kettle (I could not figure out how to make tea with a coffee machine), Drinks in the bar were very expensive, Location was not good for someone without a car.

the price , but it turn in to. not A good location.

my husband & I both wake up with bad back & necks. beds are very uncomfortalbe.
