This is a classic location with a classic luxury feel to it. A famous hotel - and you can see why It was disappointing to learn when we arrived that the rate we booked in advance with yourselves had changed and was slightly more expensive. However this did not really spoil our stay. |

A tarifa combinada e acertada com a booking.com não foi aplicada. Houve um acrescimo de US$30 na diaria com o argumento de que teriam dado um up-grade de quarto,mas este não foi solicitado. Eles usaram uma artimanha de pedir um visto meu num papel do hotel e depois rasuraram a tarifa de US$450 modificando o 5 para 8 e disseram que o meu visto tinha autorizado a mudança. É uma pena,pois o hotel é muito bom. |
